スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーかつ親切でホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。 早朝便だった為早めにホテルに到着し荷物を預けようとしたら、閑散期だったおかげか、既に部屋が準備できているとの事でチェックイン時間より前から部屋を使う事が出来ました。休憩したり仮眠を取ってから観光でき、一日目から有意義に過ごす事ができました。本当に助かりました、ありがとうございました。 また館内に給水機があり、水は買うと高いのでとても助かりました。 各観光地や送迎の待ち合わせ場所へのアクセスも抜群で、観光目的の方に本当におすすめです。 近くに無料の有名なプールがあるので館内のプールは利用しませんでしたが想像より小さく見えました。また徒歩圏内にモーニングから営業してるカフェが沢山あるので朝食ブュッフェは利用しませんでした。タオルの交換は毎日ではありませんでしたが、ベットメイクは毎日来ていました。

Nice luxury feel for a decent price! Area is very walkable & there are PLENTY of eating options near by.

The property was great except when the air conditioner was on it smelt like mould and i had to sleep with it off.

Das Zimmer war extrem sauber, die Betten waren super bequem, ebenso die Kissen. Die Lage war top und trotzdem war es ruhig. Wenn wir nochmals in Cairns wären, würde ich es wieder buchen.

Super comfy, but there was a light that did not turn off inside my room. Thankfully the staff were able to fix this for the 2nd night. The iPad in the room to order room service didn’t work either.

Buffet Continental style, with a few warm and cold options. Including cereal and yoghurt.

Centrally located for walking to beach, shops, ferries and only 15 minute Uber/Taxi from airport. Staff are welcoming, professional and delivered luggage to room. Room has good WiFi and we booked a harbour view with large balcony with chairs & table. Room has all facilities and is adequately spacious. 2 minor downsides are: 1. There is opaque glass in the bathroom so when the light is switched on in the night it shines in the bedroom. 2. At night the ‘mood’ lighting is very dim. We opted for no housekeeping and instead received a voucher towards food & drink. There are 3 eating options of different status. There are 2 pools with changing facilities and we used the longer one for lane swimming. Hotel is large enough to be left alone but also small enough to have attention when required.

The staff were amazing! So kind. The resort was beautiful as well.

スタッフのみなさまがとても親切でした。 レセプションカウンターとお部屋が別の棟でしたが、エレベーターも乗り換えるまでスーツケースを運んでくださり、とても感謝してます。 タオルも毎日交換していただき、ベッドも整えてくれました。 なんといっても立地が最高で、レストラン（食事）に囲まれており、公共のプールも目の前でとても充実した滞在でした。マリーナにも近いため、滞在先にして良かったです。
