Location is vey good, close to city and can go easily to most tourist attractions

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is clean. Great location.

Parking need to extra pay. A little bit noisy at night. Good location. I will say that is not 4.5star hotel.

隔音不太好，房客開關門以及外面說話聲都聽的見，房間很不錯也很乾淨，如果想要睡得好建議帶耳塞~

交通方便！去哪兒都很快 床睡起來舒適 客房服務人員也很親切

The hotel is good for a biz trip stay. It's in a good area. Restaurants, cafes are in walking distance. It's quite close to the sea side.

Nice & clean, courteous staff. Comfortable bed.

Staff were absolutely wonderful. Close by to shops and food places and bus stops. Neat and tidy room, a bit small for 3 people but it was fine for the 2 nights.

Room felt like yucky basement. Crack under door for bugs to get in.

Room wasn’t good clean also bathroom door was broken. I asked reception to fix my second day but it didn’t happent while I was stay. Car park was very difficult park so I won’t be back this place.

Room wasnt terrible and location was great. Unfortunately, clowns partying at 4am and dragging their luggage up and down the stairs instead of using the elevator, and nothing was done about it by the hotel

Staff was excellent, beds were very comfortable. Amenities for women were excellent- really nice blow dryer, l’Occitane shampoo, conditioners, etc. We walked easily to the new fisherman’s market and easily took transit to key areas. Lots of good Thai, Indian restaurants nearby. We did pay for the breakfast offered and was very good. Had to do laundry and they had a good washer and dryer. Would recommend.

We were very impressed and would absolutely stay here again. The bed and pillows were comfortable, room was modern and fresh, large TV and a nice shower.

Room very good except the door to verandah area wistled in the wind and would wake us during the night.

I paid for a room for 4 people. I had to pay a substantial price for the 4th person. The room was the room for 3 people but they split a double bed into 2 very small twins. The room had no drawers for cloths was uniquely small and had no place to put luggage. They only supplied 3 towels a day for 4 people!!!!! And they had an attitude when asked for extra towels. The rating was pretty high but I would give it a 6 out of 10
