It is a bad experience stay in this Ibis hotel, location is not good, and facility in the room is too old, no house-keeping if after 10:00am. Overall no good stay experience this time.

On the first day we arrived Sydney, we lost our suitcase during our transfer flight and we felt really frustrated. however, after IBIS heard our story and they shared their courtesy to us by giving us a bottle of sparkling wine. It means a lot to us.

great location

Rooms are small and shower amenities fibreglass insert. Shower head crap. Also even though milk was in the fridge it did not work as I found in the morning when things I put in there were not cold as the fridge was not plugged in. I reported this when checking out but staff member was not overly concerned.

There is a sign on the small, pre-fab bathroom door directing you to have the door closed while showering, to prevent steam falsely triggering the fire alarm detector - however the extractor vent in the bathroom is actually blowing air into the bathroom rather than extracting the steam - therefore the bathroom becomes a sauna when showering.

A quick overnight stay, late night check in, staff member was helpful & friendly, parking was accessible

Clean and friendly staff

This hotel was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. No issues at all. Not much to do in the immediate area (the nearby McDonald's isn't very nice), but just a short walk to the train station to go into the city. Perfect for a short stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Didn’t encounter any issues at all. Comfy bed, functional shower with more than decent water pressure. Staff were always very friendly and polite, willing to help. Will stay again, if needed. Thank you.

What a delightful place to stop on our way through Sydney! Lovely staff, clean rooms, efficient and budget but also welcoming and characterful. The building sites amongst lovely big trees which makes it feel surprisingly secluded. We enjoyed the little library in the foyer and walked down to the local Indian restaurant for dinner. Highly recommended budget stay.

The room was a bit outdated but it served a purpose The check in was easy and the room was nice enough I’d stay here again alone in a queen bed
