This hotel was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. No issues at all. Not much to do in the immediate area (the nearby McDonald's isn't very nice), but just a short walk to the train station to go into the city. Perfect for a short stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Didn’t encounter any issues at all. Comfy bed, functional shower with more than decent water pressure. Staff were always very friendly and polite, willing to help. Will stay again, if needed. Thank you.

What a delightful place to stop on our way through Sydney! Lovely staff, clean rooms, efficient and budget but also welcoming and characterful. The building sites amongst lovely big trees which makes it feel surprisingly secluded. We enjoyed the little library in the foyer and walked down to the local Indian restaurant for dinner. Highly recommended budget stay.

The lift was not working when we arrived and we had a room in the first floor. Staff carried our suitcases up the stairs. The air con in our room was obove the door around the corner from the bed so did not cool sufficiently to sleep well. The shower in the bathroom was not cleaned properly, I found hair and dirt in it.

Had a moldy set of linen, took the staff a couple days to use it. Had left the DND sign on the door, but they came in and out another top blanket in the room instead of checking for the mold. Second time it was reported, it was resolved quickly
