泰崗英吉尼亞假日飯店

這次是想住靠近機場因為很早要上機及還車。房間跟相片相差太大、感覺很骯髒、被鋪有臭味。包鎖匙的信封寫有Wi-Fi但怎樣搜尋都沒有 。

Self check-in. The room has a kitchen for cooking. There is a gym, although the facilities are relatively simple. It is not recommended to book when it rains because it will be very noisy. The WIFI was very slow and almost unusable during the two days of stay.

Tidy but reception only operate during office hour

酒店的工作人员很热情友好，但是我们的房间紧挨着酒店的cafe，结果早上很早开始就很吵，没有休息好，其他都还好

Facilities were old, tv was not functioning, a big roach was crawling in my bedroom at nite

開車，坐車都很方便，公車要坐330號。

Best place to stay very clean staff are very polite and helpful I really enjoyed my time and very comfy bed and quiet and good atmosphere

Stay away!!! The staff was rude. We had gotten there early. I asked if we could check in a little early, but they treated us like we were idiots when we asked. When I asked about the WiFi that didn't work. They just shruged there shoulders and said maybe the weather has affected it. It was a beautiful day. TV was sporadic. We travel a lot all over the world and I've never really had an experience like that. There's a lot of other places to stay and I would suggest to stay somewhere else.

No wifi and dirty bottom of walls . Very poor.

Enjoyed a quiet stay in an area where we wanted to be.

Parking was easy, laundry was good the dryer are a little shady but in Australia you air dry your clothes so i had clean cloths.

Everything that was needed was there

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was no iron or ironing board in our room so they went and found one for me. Room was clean, a bit on the small side however we were only there for 2 night so not a problem for us. Smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals when we entered. Small balcony, great for fresh air and a view of greenery. Good shower, lots of hot water. Small fridge that didn’t fit the space it was in, it kept falling forwards every time we opened its door. You had to brace the top of the fridge then open the door otherwise everything fell out of it. The oddest thing was they didn’t have sheets that fit the length of the bed so they put two lots on, so each end was covered (see photo) Our main problem was the wifi, it was incredibly weak and we could get on it at all even when we typed in the password. I couldn’t even get the smart tv to connect to it. Ended up having to tether the tv to my phone so we could watch anything. Not ideal. So mixed review. 3 stars.

Nice, neat and tidy. Close to the Brisbane Entertainment centre

Nice, quiet, comfortable and convenient for our overnight stay.

We stayed in a one bedroom cabin and it was perfect forr our requirements

1 rude staff. Bathroom needed a good scrub. And the bed needed brakes appled to stop it rolling across other side of room when sitting on it. They have renovated the room with laminate flooring and an ensemble bed on wheels. Not ideal for safely. the reception hours were very limited.

Adequate for price.

Room was clean & beds comfortable, property looked well maintained. Staff welcoming. Location was easy to find, close enough to shops, airport etc.
