We didnt have a pet or a kitchen. Our bed was so old it sagged, the base had large holes in it where cockroaches came from at night. We sprayed and killed in excess of 60 roaches. Free internet did not happen, no internet. Quite disgusted!!

Unit was as clean as it could be. Rust on shower exterior, getting rundown. Towels very small for average sized people.

The staff were extremely lovely and accomodating

OK for a cheap overnight stay. Very basic but you get what you pay for. Only cotton sheets on the bed bearing in mind it was cold at night. Blanket in the cupboard was musty and dusty. Minimal amount of crockery/cutlery. Hob top was rusty. . Sofa hard and uncomfortable. Apart from the dusty blanket, the place was clean. Warned not to use excessive water or electricity or would be charged extra but the staff were vague on what excessive was. Superior cabin is rather a stretch and I wonder what the non superior cabins were like.

Sobald wir ins Zimmer reingegangen sind, fielen uns folgende Dinge direkt auf: - Bart Stoppeln im Waschbecken und auf dem Regal daneben -Staub auf dem Spiegel, am Bettgestell, unter dem Bett und auf den Lampen. (Mein Asthma hat direkt angeschlagen) - (Finger-) abdrücke an der Balkontür - Schmutzige/Schmierige Spiegel - Haare auf dem Boden - Kleine Spinnen mit Eiern an der Decke - Klebrige Oberfläche auf der Mikrowelle - Spuren von Fäkalien in der Toilette - Übler Geruch aus dem Badezimmer-Lüftungsschacht - Staub unter dem Bett und ein Kassenbon vom 30. August (wird also nicht gründlich gesaugt) - Unklare gelbliche Flecken unter dem Waschbecken - Kein/Schlechtes WLAN - Braune nicht identifizierbare Flecken am Kopfteil des Bettes Mängel wurden an die Rezeption gegeben. Eine Rückerstattung wurde angeboten, wir wollten einfach nur eine Reinigung haben, weil sich damit unsere Probleme erledigt hätten. Als wir wieder im Zimmer waren, haben wir kaum eine Verbesserung gesehen, obwohl uns eine Reinigung zugesichert wurde. Zusätzlich liefen dann noch KAKERLAKEN und Käfer herum. Wir haben dann aufgegeben und haben beschlossen nicht noch eine Nacht dort zu bleiben. Obwohl uns eine Rückerstattung anfangs angeboten wurde, wird dies seitens des Hotels nicht mehr in Betracht gezogen. Dabei wollten wir noch nett sein und nicht direkt die Rückerstattung annehmen, sondern eine „zweite Chance“ geben. Hat nicht so geklappt, daher raten wir jedem davon ab, dort seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke despite it being a “no smoking room”. When we asked the property manager about it she said she couldn’t smell anything so it was fine. There was definitely a smell and cigarettes in a pot plant on the balcony. There was mould in bedrooms and bathrooms, crumbs in the bed and my kids feet were filthy after walking on the floor following their shower. It was cheap but between the gaslighting staff and the dirty, smelly room we wouldn’t stay there again.

Due to my error of booking a day earlier than our arrival date we were informed by the lady at reception. Non refundable! Offered us accomodation for the night! Pay full accommodation again! We found the lady in reception not as friendly or helpful as we would have liked.

It was a great spot if your going to the Brisbane entertainment centre

Staff member was amazing and friendly Place looked great on web but rundown a bit inside. Found a hair on basin stright up. No cutlery/ plates other than spoons and cup. It was preety quiet for where it was located.

We stay here as it’s so close to family. Look forward to hearing that the cabins have been upgraded as they’re all a bit old & tired now

The pool is absolutely amazing! Staff were super friendly and helpful! I even got to check in at 10:30 which was very appreciated! Only $30 to get to the entertainment centre with a taxi and 10 minute walk to the shops! Would stay again.

We arrived late approximately 10.30PM The instructions given were good after requesting them. The room and condition of the room are ok. Fridge needs replacing, bed was not great, similar to what I’ve stayed in a mine site in Newman

Staff were great - was happy to see a microwave for quick meals, disappointed no hair dryer but overall great stay and convenient to airport.

well located park decent sized rooms nice and quite area

Stayed here many times when visiting family and will do so again on my next trip

Has what you need for budget accomodation but would have been nice to have the floor vacuumed & mopped & they could do with buying some bleach or exit mould for the bathroom, wasn’t good.
