Good location, nice staff , comfortable and modern apartment.
We stay for 5 days. Yet, there is no cleaning service such as changing of bed sheet and pillow cases for the whole period of our stay. A service fee of A$60 is required if we request for changing of pillow cases and bed sheet . It would be nice if extra pillow cases and bed sheet are provided every 2 to 3 days for longer stay customers.

New lobby staff was not ready, takes a long time to check in, and there’s no car parking offered by hotel, only could find other paid parking or park on the street which is not convenient at all, but it said there’s car park on website. The view in my room is not the same as display shows, could only look at others people room instead of city view.

我們訂房十天，到達時房間只有半盒紙巾、一套毛巾及一次浴室用品。第三天到客服要求取一盒紙巾遭拒，因為之前有住客濫取。告知我們三人訂房三天用一盒紙巾也不過份。對方更出言侮辱，質疑我的訂房價低，這是雙方的買賣，何來價低？況且我以240澳元訂房，當天查詢只是二佰圓以下。引申下去下次用水電也加錢了。房間十天來只打掃一次，真的太差服務了。
