location is good. facilities are very old such as no central lighting control, washroom equipment and style is old Many people can go to 16/F without security check or no need the room card to go to 16/F

No noise abatement between rooms, very noisy at midnight, but the location of the hotel is excellent near to central station on food within 6min. and George kind square bus station on foot within 1min.

Located near the Central Station within 5 min. on foot. Can go to the Queen St. within 5 min. on foot and South Bank parkland on foot within 15min. on foot as well. Great location ! However, the rooms are lack of noise abatement, such we heart very noisy from the adjoining rooms and the corridors at midnight.

Needs a luck of paint, but apart from that perfect. In the centre of the city, fabulous location and every staff member we spoke to were so helpful. Great stat

The room wasn’t very clean at all staff gave us wrong information on what we needed to know it wasn’t pet friendly at all no pets were allowed we weren’t there for business

엘리베이터를 나오면 복도에서 룸까지 냄새가 난다. 청소약품인지 뭔지 몰라도 그다지 기분좋은 향은 아니다. 룸에 있으면 복도에서 떠드는 소리가 너무 크게 들리고 룸에서는 아침부터 오후까지 온갖 딱딱거리는 소리가 들리고 창은 막혀있어 자연환기는 안되서 답답한 느낌이 든다. 룸에 생수가 없는건 그렇다해도 물을 갖다준다 했으면 최소한 갖다주기라도 해야하는데, 첫날은 4-5시간쯤 걸려 뭔 물인지 병에 담긴걸 가져다 주더니 2일 후 병을 갖고가서 리필해달라하니 알았다고 하고는 무소식 이다. 룸청소는 자주해줘서 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고 위치도 좋은데 작은 문제들이 호텔에 대한 인상을 나쁘게 한다. 아쉽다.

Very much a neglected hotel. Shabby hallways, don't be fooled by the nice lobby. Really in need of an update!

Location is good, bed was comfortable Service, staff was good. But overall smell in room, lift and reception are not pleasant. Breakfast buffet was ok but coffee machine does not have much option for lactose i tolerence. Oat milk
