With transportation would be better

We checked-in late at 9pm on New Year Eve. The staff was nice and friendly, yet he can’t retrieve my room booking details which I have placed order and fully paid in mid November. He explained clearly that Hotels.com booked my room through other agencies so the data was failed to drop into the hotel system. Lucky that we got into the last hotel room, yet nightmare came as this is the first time I met a big cockroach on the floor as I got into a hotel room. This is the most memorable hotel stay that I have in 2023.

Regarding a recent booking experience through Hotels.com. I have an extremely unpleasant experience. At the time of booking, I was presented with two room options of the same type, one at a lower price and one at a higher price. I deliberately chose the higher-priced option, as the images shown clearly indicated a larger room. Having stayed at this hotel multiple times before, I am familiar with the room layouts and was confident that the image displayed corresponded to a larger (executive-style) room. However, upon check-in, I was assigned a smaller standard room. The front desk staff informed me that I had not booked the larger room, but rather a standard room. This contradicts the impression created during the booking process, where the images displayed for the selected option showed a significantly larger room. I subsequently contacted Hotels.com to explain the situation, but was informed that I had not booked the larger room. This response is extremely disappointing, as it does not address the core issue — the use of misleading or incorrect images during the booking process. And I still have the pictures of the room layout on my confirmation , it does prove that hotels.com used the wrong pictures. It is clear that the images presented influenced my decision to pay a higher price. If the images shown were inaccurate or did not correspond to the actual room booked, this constitutes a misleading representation of the product / service

Customer service was terrible, after finding what looked to be mould and food scraps ( potato chips) in the fold out couch. Went to reception to talk bring it up. Was told i didnt pay to sleep on the couch so its fine to be like that.... i paid for a 2 adult room , i was alone . I paid for "2 adults" and that size room because i wanted the space... the space i paid for... instead was very poorly treated . Very very disappointing service overall.. also wifi didnt work. HORRIBLe experience will not recommend to anyone

room had nice city views. bed was comfortable Mold in shower and sliding shower door came off as i closed it. Very limited amenities. no conditioner refilled in the shower and 2 coffee sticks in the room and when we asked for more i was handed 2 more. no Wi-Fi for the TV. had to hotspot from phone. Rubbish stuffed in the sofa bed and no rubbish bin unless in bathroom

Clean room, friendly staff, good location

You won’t get better views to the skyline! Otherwise, the hotel is also fine but that is the whole difference.

booked this for my 2 colleagues, the room was old and had lots of stains. My 2 female colleagues had quite bad experience with this. won't stay here anymore.

Kackerlackor fanns i badrummet där det dessutom fanns stora hål i väggarna där dom kröp in och ut. Duschmunstycket satt löst och sprutade vatten åt alla håll. Blandaren till handfatet satt löst. Slitet och inte så fräscht som bilderna visade.
