This is my second time to stay in Miller Apartments. When the first time I visit this place It was good but just as normal Hotel. But this time I was amazed by the receptionist Kelsey’s excellent service. She is so considerate and kind to us. I hope your company can give her a thumbs up!!! Thank you Kelsey to make my trip more memorable.

a nice appartment and a nice room. the hotel is just next to the shopping malls and very convenient. the room is spacious and clean. but the intercom doesn't work so i have to go down to reception for rubbish bags. the staff are very nice and sympathetic. there was a misunderstanding about the check out time. the staff waived my late charge after my explanation. very good!

Overall I was very satisfied with the staff and services provided by the hotel. It was very convenient to reach the shopping areas and bus stops. The only point I can pick is the air conditioning system. There was only one air-conditioner, the cool air could not go into the bedroom very well. If you open the windows, the cooking smell came from the restaurant nearby.

The apartment is located near the city center, convenient. Stayed at one bedroom apartment, room is spacious, with cooking and laundry facilities. Bring your own shampoo and body wash, and slippers. Parking fees apply.
