The self parking is very convince. Staffs are friendly. However, the toilet door frame full of dust, chips are underneath the chair, the shower is half shielded, splash everywhere.

It is a good hotel with comfortable room. But the location is not that convenient as I think. If you do not self-drive, better not choose this hotel. Like most of the hotels in australia, there is no free wifi in rooms.

we've stayed there for 8 days. The first few days, Pullman did provide a good housekeeping services and so but for the last one or two days, the quality of their housekeeping service dropped sharply. Other than that, it's a good hotel.

Front desk staff placed many others in rooms ahead of us in spite of early checkin on the reservation. House keeping missed cleaning my room one day, and poorly cleaned it on another day. The concierge and bellman were very accommodating. I would not stay here again.

Team We booked 1 night for seeing fireworks. Specially asked the operator ( i called pullman Albert park number from google) that we wanted room so that we can view fireworks. She said request has been noted when I entered the hotel, they didn't have a clue which was disappointing. Secondly the room service was actually pathetic. We asked for 4 plates, only 2 came. We asked for coffee milk , it never came .after repeatedly requesting and suddenly in middle of night someone came to drop them while we were sleeping. Thirdly air conditioning didn't work in the room. We felt so hot and had a sleepless night. Fourthly the buffet omelette orders were mixed up and no staff was clearly visible to address the issue. They just came to apologise when we were leaving but we didn't expect it from this reputed hotel. Overall this experience was passable

Clean room, amenities especially fitness center, lobby, and cafe were great. Separate smoking area was nice too.

The hotel’s location is excellent and the breakfast offered a nice variety. However, we noticed that some of the amenities felt outdated, and the carpet had an unpleasant odor.

Very comfortable bed. Clean and roomy for 2 of us.
