The self parking is very convince. Staffs are friendly. However, the toilet door frame full of dust, chips are underneath the chair, the shower is half shielded, splash everywhere.

Very good

It is a good hotel with comfortable room. But the location is not that convenient as I think. If you do not self-drive, better not choose this hotel. Like most of the hotels in australia, there is no free wifi in rooms.

we've stayed there for 8 days. The first few days, Pullman did provide a good housekeeping services and so but for the last one or two days, the quality of their housekeeping service dropped sharply. Other than that, it's a good hotel.

The concierge staff were kind enough to let me check in slightly earlier. The room was standard.

Perfect getaway location surrounded by parks for an evening stroll or a 5 minute trip into the city

Room was clean and spacious.Like the location ,close to tramline and walking distance to Prahan shopping district.Will be back again

Ótimo quarto e bem iluminado (com bastantes luzes). Café da manhã excelente. Pontos negativos: chuveiro difícil de ajustar a temperatura e TV com poucos canais, priorizando o serviço de compra de filmes

Worth a 5 star hotel class. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend. Very well taken care of Highest level service. (Breakfast is not particularly impressive though)

Decor is a bit dated and bed a little too high off the floor. TV Entertainment has no streaming service. Paid services available but would have liked some free movie channels

Food was excellent. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Can really see the chefs pay attention to details.

Hotel restaurant very disappointing, limited menu and over priced. Only one vegetarian/ vegan option. Service was slow despite not being busy but all other staff in the hotel very helpful and attentive. Pool and gym area very nice and well maintained.

Grandsons enjoyed the pool

The room was very clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast had a great range of choices and was of a high quality.

Front desk staff placed many others in rooms ahead of us in spite of early checkin on the reservation. House keeping missed cleaning my room one day, and poorly cleaned it on another day. The concierge and bellman were very accommodating. I would not stay here again.
