The external facilities could be highly upgraded and maintained better. This includes garden and grass maintenance, cleaning of walls, carparks and common areas. Rooms could have more modern accessories including tea and coffee facilities that reflect the room cost per night. More staff on has there appeared to be minimal staff. Would note the staff that were on, were fantastic. The have a table ordering system (Me&U), wasn't functional. Area outside Riverview rooms was dirty, no seperation from adjacent rooms and overlooking a carpark that radiated heat. Overall for the price per night, some serious TLC nees to be applied to get this hotel to what it could potentially be. Also, ordered a kids parmi and adults parmi, absolutely identical. One was $15 and the other $28, underwhelming. Positives - good bed and bathroom in room was nice. Staff that were on did a great job.

Nice room, helpful staff, restaurant food good but sadly lacked atmosphere as few people were staying at that time.

Staff very attentive when we had a personal minor emer

Parking was brutal. Staff and front desk were rude and did not seem to care much.

Area around the room was dirty ,carpets not cleaned Shower head was terrible , room was clean,staff seemed uninterested and didnt inform any of the hotels facilities ,

Most of the staff were lovely, the room was ok nut not worth the rate charged when I extended my stay. The AC was not cool enough.

Amazing foyer. Room was lovey. Staff were friendly. Restaurant food was quite nice but service was a bit hit and miss the night we were there. The robot delivering meals was a bit of fun but not terribly effective. Inside the room was very nice but outside needed a bit of attention. Big sliding glass doors needed a good clean and there was rubbish under the outside table and chairs. Location was nice and quiet. Overall a pleasant enough stay.

Room was spotless, great atmosphere

Room was clean and spacious, so spacious it looked like some furniture had been removed. Beautiful clean, roomy bathroom. Lovely dinky little tea-cups provided - maybe a small mug wouldn't go astray though.

La chambre était grande mais plusieurs ampoules étaient brulées. Il y avait des stores intégrés aux portes patio mais aucun moyen (commande murale ou télécommande) pour les contrôler. J’avais pris une chambre avec vue sur la rivière, j’avais plutôt une chambre avec vue sur un parking derrière lequel il y avait une rivière. Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel où on menace de nous charger des frais en cas d’article manquant ou endommagé… sous mon balcon, il y avait un nid de coquerelles, ça grouillait sur le balcon (ou plutôt la terrasse extérieure) dès que le soleil était couché…

The room is big but quite generic. Needs to fix bits of things, exhaust in the bathroom was so loud, the ceiling has noises, faucet handle keep moving, blow dryer was not stick on the wall, needs improvement for the furniture that match the theme. Food is ok,

The property has seen better days. It has potential to be brought up to a higher standard as the location by the river is lovely and the staff are helpful and friendly. But the property needs updating and refinement. The rooms are basically equipped and the surrounds are stark and need modernisation. The food is pretty ordinary and the dining room needs more staff.
