The view from our window is the best part of this hotel, so everything feels great during our stay. Transportation, groceries, and food are nearby. Luna's Park and the walk to Lavender Bay was great. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Great location. Train and bus at door. Easy to head into Sydney CBD from hotel. Staff lovely, room clean and had a fabulous city view of Harbour Bridge, Luna Park, Neutral Bay. Had a lovely stay.

One bed cover was stained by moisture likely fungus of twin beds.
One shower towel was red cotton on I thought was blood.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay.
I waited a long time to check in, and the reception team told me they would send me an email once the room was available. However, I never received any update, even though I was waiting in the lobby directly in front of them. They also did not apologise for failing to follow up.
The room also did not have any USB charging ports, which was inconvenient. When I asked reception if they had any available, they said they did not.
Overall, the hotel feels very old and poorly maintained, and the service experience was below expectations.

The harbour view was wonderful!
Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.
5 stars absolutely on customer service.
Food at the restaurant was alright.. nothing flashy, but that being said it was also very affordable compared to a lot of places these days - so I guess expect quality to match cost.
The rooms themselves are clean, neat and welcoming... However... There was only one thing that stops me from giving overall 5 stars. What the hotel fails to mention, is that they are directly located above a train line. This means you can expect extremely restless nights, especially the lower you are to ground floor.
My husband and I both used ear plugs for the duration of our stay, and still got woken by the train and room vibrations a number of times.
A really beautiful hotel and experience overall, but unfortunately we would not return simply due to the lack of sleep. It's such a shame this is the only thing that lets the hotel down, especially when it's not something they have control over.

We had an overnight stay in a Harbour Bridge view room during Vivid. The room was fabulous with a very comfortable bed, great mini bar & huge window overlooking the Harbour. We enjoyed a full breakfast the next morning & parking at the hotel was easy and convenient. The train station was literally 2 minutes away, so very convenient for going into the city! A great stay and we will be back again!

its a lovely hotel with wonderful views although the sound of trains underneath was annoying . i will need to request next time to get a different room as when I stayed the last time I'm pretty sure I didnt feel the trains. Will definitely stay again and take my dogs. Another comment is I feel the rooms need a little maintenance but still lovely place to stay Thank you

Our first time staying here and we were very happy with the hotel. We normally stay in the Sydney CBD when we visit but the car parking fees are ridiculous so we chose this hotel in Nth Sydney for it’s spectacular views of the harbour, its reasonable room, breakfast and parking rates and its proximity to some amazing foreshore walks and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We appreciated being able to access an early check in and collected our deal of a welcome bottle of wine. We enjoyed happy hour drinks on our second night at the hotel. We would be happy to return.
