Loved the big room. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed and very clean in general. Food downstairs was outstanding. Great staff and very well mannered. I will be going back. 😀

Had such a fun overnight stay at Wallacia Hotel celebrating our friends’ wedding. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were lovely, and it was the perfect place to relax after a beautiful day with friends. Bonus points for karaoke, such a great way to finish the night with lots of laughs, music, and memories. A relaxed country pub vibe with good food, good company, and a fun night all round. Would happily stay again!

The time I stayed, the day manager ( sorry forget her name) bar staff were all "O" 4 awesome, helpful, engaging, and most importantly took time out to ensure you were welcomed....
The bistro "O" 4 awesome, beautifully selection of food on the menu and service very helpful to ensure you are happy and content with your meal....
The rooms are basic and I was happy with the my room, a room to lay my head as I was in Wallacia on a golf tournament "2025 Cook Islands Golf Masters" BUT Overal "O"4 awesome 👌

Some of the staff are friendly and the room is clean. No hair dryer and microwave oven in the room so seems like nothing to use. The location is great and the room is fine.

No wifi. Checking was a little frustrating
Dinner was good but 1 can of premixed Soda costing $18 ……..? That was ludicrous

Had such a fun overnight stay at Wallacia Hotel celebrating our friends’ wedding. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were lovely, and it was the perfect place to relax after a beautiful day with friends. Really it's just a pub stay. A beautiful old pub but a little worn out, looks like theres some renovations going on. Bedding was clean, room needs maintenance, the toilet in room 106 ran all night. Our standard king room was NOT what was pictured in the photos and if you choose a mountain view, you should know that it comes with traffic noise so it's not worth the extra $$. The meals were ok, but nothing special. The atmosphere is nice.

The standard queen room wasn't as described - no sofa bed, the 'free toiletries' were only soap at the basin.
Could have used a kettle etc as had a fridge.

A lovely old hotel in the process of being renovated with lots of work still to be done
Rooms are clean with comfortable bed and the shower hot
No ability to make yourself a hot drink which was a big negative for me and no wifi
Hotel is not near to other establishments for meals but a short drive away there are some options
Has a good bistro serving large meals- pub grub style menu
A very busy weekend in the hotel which is great for them
Staff friendliness is the strength of this establishment

Our stay wasnt pleasent considering i was planning on booking for a few nights each fortnight for 4 months while im helping with Zambi and fernhill .
Ok so 5 dead cockroaches on the floor .
Hole in the floor entering the bathroom . Foot nearly go's through . Carpet stops from falling right through .
Carpet disgusting . Lift broken . Our room was boiling hot in the attic and couldnt open the window . Shower door doesnt open properly . Very dangerous being glass .
Not what i expected at all for the price i paid for 3 people for 3 nights .
Hopefully you can improve my accomodation so i can come back soon .

This is my third time staying here, while the first 2 times I had no complaints, this time there were no amenities- no kettle, tea, or coffee.When I enquired about this I was told they do not supply this anymore. I bought a coffee in the evening from the petrol station across the road. I had to leave to get to the airport early the next morning and had to start my day with no coffee! Next time I’ll just stay in Penrith.

Aircon didnt work. Was 30° in the room, and we had to reprogram the remote to even work the aircon which automatically turned off after 20-30 mins all the time....was given a fan to help. But it didnt really.
Windows were broken and needed to be propped up to stay open.
Didnt see a bar fridge.

Support staff was terrible. Not even basic water bottles in the room . No breakfast options. When i booked i paid extra for a mountain view room and the room that was given to us was a terrible car garage facing room. Support staff was terrible and unprofessional and had no clue about anything.
