Zagame's House

The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.

I recently stayed in this hotel for three nights, which exceeded my expectations. At first glance, it may resemble a motel from the outside, but as soon as you step into your room, you're transported into a world of luxury and elegance. The room itself is a masterpiece of modern design. It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you'd expect from a five-star hotel. What truly stood out to me were the bright lights in the room that could be easily adjusted to create the perfect ambiance. Whether you want a cozy and intimate atmosphere or a well-lit workspace, you can effortlessly tailor the lighting to your preference. Cleanliness is paramount for me when choosing accommodations; this hotel didn't disappoint. The room was spotless, and the attention to detail in housekeeping was evident throughout my stay. One delightful surprise was the selection of wines in the room. Not only were there several options to choose from, but the prices were reasonable and not overcharged, which is a rarity in many hotels. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. It's a hidden gem that combines the convenience of a motel with the luxury of a five-star hotel. If you're looking for a modern, elegant, and immaculate place to stay in Taiwan, I highly recommend trying this hotel.

Bed and pillows comfy

I stay and was in Melbourne on business. I cant tell you how impressed i was with the front office manager and his level of service. Awshaf I believe his name was (Apologies if spelt wrong) Amazing service, super friendly and extremely professional. A best in class example of what hotels service should be. I will be staying there again as a result.

Immaculate, everything we needed. Service with a smile and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, my favourite was the granola and fruit. We really didn’t want to leave.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem superschönen Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und sauber – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. Eine Tramstation ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man problemlos überall in der Stadt hinkommt. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders entspannt gemacht. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wir hatten im Voraus eine Frage gestellt, auf die wir leider keine Antwort erhalten haben. Das fanden wir etwas schade. Abgesehen davon war jedoch alles super und wir würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Rooms, location and staff were great

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Von nahegelegenen Bus- und Tram-Haltestellen aus kann man Touren in alle Richtungen starten. Im zehn Minuten entfernten Queen Victoria Village (QV) gab es einen Woolworths-Supermarkt, einen schönen Food Court und weitere Fachgeschäfte. Etwas differenzierter fällt die Bewertung meines Zimmers aus. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass die Dusche sehr schön war und ich im Bett gut schlafen konnte. Negativ aufgefallen sind mir folgende Punkte: Das Zimmer war klein und sehr dunkel. Die Luftqualität im Raum war durchwachsen. Es fehlte Stauraum für die Kleidung. Es gab eine Ablagefläche für einen Koffer, darüber eine Kleiderstange mit Bügeln, ein kleines Bodenfach und ein Regal über der Minibar. Der Spülkasten war undicht, wodurch etwa alle 50 Minuten ein nerviges Zischgeräusch zu hören war. Vom Bett aus sah man auf den Sicherungskasten. Und schließlich war die Anmeldung im Hotel-WLAN umständlich. Ich hätte mir vorab die Hotelbeschreibung genauer anschauen sollen. Dann hätte ich mir dieses teure Missverständnis wahrscheinlich erspart. Ein Satz zum Hotelrestaurant: Es gab eine gute Weinauswahl, das Essen war jedoch eher durchschnittlich. Für eine, maximal zwei Übernachtungen ist das Hotel okay. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit größerem Gepäck ist es jedoch unpraktisch und ungeeignet. Ich würde es nicht noch einmal buchen.

Beds were comfortable and shower pressure great. Being older would have preferred more light in the room but we love the room and was very comfortable have everything we needed.

Staff were the best especially the ones in the breakfast area. Everything else was outstanding
