Dion (GM) and his team do an amazing job of making sure that every detail is attended to! What impressed me most was Dion’s personal interest in accepting constructive feedback and then acting upon it. He made our 4-day visit to Melbourne so much more enjoyable through his actions. They’ve thought of every detail in the rooms and even some that we would never have thought of! An absolutely wonderful boutique hotel that is close to everything! We’ll look forward to returning on our next trip to Melbourne and hopefully seeing the new EV chargers!😊

Nice room, but quite small and definitely not enough space for two suitcases. Didn’t enjoy the big floor to ceiling window facing the corridor, so everyone can see in. You can shut the blinds, but they you’re blocking out the main source of light in the room. Nice toiletries in the bathroom though.

The room decor is lovely and there is great lighting in the bathroom (always a plus for makeup application) but....there is absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. You can see your room companion sitting on the toilet and getting into the shower etc. and hear everything.

Nicely appointed but small rooms with great showers. Bed was super comfy but the window wall to the open corridor made my aunt feel uncomfortable. I needed to work so i appreciated the early check in.

Most staff were friendly, there was one lady who tried to tell me I wasn’t able to use my $50 credit on the room service despite the person over the phone advising that we could was the only disappointing aspect. Staff should be consistent :) Didn’t receive a room upgrade either.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. When I booked online I asked for a quiet room: they clearly had read the request and noted they gave me one of the quietest rooms in the property! Room was very comfortable and well appointed: loved the dressing gowns.
Breakfast was excellent - dining room was really nice. All in all a great stay and would love to stay again.

Definitely would stay here again, great for the solo traveller, but also would be great for the business traveller or couples. Room was clean and spacious. Very handy to dining on Lygon Street. Close to Royal Exhibition Centre and Melbourne Museum. Also walking distance to centre of the city.
Only downside was the lack of parking if you have your own car with you.

Two of us passing through Melbourne. Great location. Appreciated the secure parking and the laundry facilities.
We had a room at the end of the corridor. Only complaint was that the room was dark. Not much light from windows and insufficient overhead room light.
