Kaiserhof位置靜中帶旺，樓下轉角就是超市，離地鐵只是數分鐘路程，可步行至市中心，搭地鐵去美泉宮或多瑙島都很方便。
房間比較小，但也算舒適，夏天冷氣很足，也有浴缸消除疲勞。早餐極棒，連汽酒也有供應，環境又美；同層的酒吧也不錯，Expedia訂房可獲welcome drinks。
最後要讚前台服務人員非常親切，如果再去維也納也會再入住這裡。

In general, we enjoy stay in this hotel because of it's great location (near to subway station) , elegant design, wonderful breakfast and friendly service. However, wifi service in the room has to be further improved.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff is extremely helpful. The hotel is charming. The breakfast offerings are delicious. And the neighborhood is very quiet, even though you can get to places really quickly.

It was such an amazing experience staying at Hotel Kaiserhof, everything was perfect and beyond my expectations, beautiful hotel, great staff working there, they did everything what they could to help me to extend my stay, I travelled with kids it was such a pleasure! My family loved it too! Great food for breakfast!

Wir haben 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht; es war wirklich ein Traum. Das Hotel ist ein architektonisches Prunkstück wie viele Häuser in Wien. So eine schöne und durchdachte Inneneinrichtung haben wir selten in einem Hotel gesehen. Wir wollen uns vor allem dem Personal bedanken; es ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Die grossen Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und leise. Das reichhaltige und Frühstücks-Buffet hat uns auch sehr geschmeckt. Nur frischgepressten Orangensaft fehlte noch, dafür war der Kaffee sehr fein. Wir können dieses Hotel Kaiserhof nur empfehlen!

Beautiful hotel located in walking distance from many central Vienna sights including parks, monument, museums, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel staff was very helpful in pointing out places to see. The rooms are clean and quite, free fruit and herbs infused water in the lobby. The hotel breakfast is included and is one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had with a large selection including vegan and vegetarian options. The hotel is a Green hotel which is a huge plus. It is located just one Metro stop from the Vienna central train station so another plus for environmental conscious travellers. It can also be reached by foot (1.5 km walking)
