太環保到沒有水，沒有杯子

所有備品都必須在一樓借用，未告知，且相當不方便，無法提供舒適的住宿體驗

設計新穎，房間舒適，由火車站步行至酒店算近。

房間內沒有清潔房間的掛牌，入住三晚，都有去櫃檯請求打掃，並補充沐浴乳，但都沒有完成。 浴室洗手台的堵塞嚴重，排水慢。

We loved the time we spent in Vienna. And Prize hotel was a big part of it. :)

This hotel is a very convenient location, 2 minutes away from the main train station in Vienna, Austria.

Best staff (And boss)

Five star! They made everything easy from check-in to check-out.. Next to the train station so it’s very easy to navigate around. Super clean and the building is fairly new.

My staff loved the rooms and the beds were outstanding.

⭐ 1 out of 5 stars Disappointing experience—accessibility and customer service let us down We booked this accommodation via Expedia expecting a standard setup: one bed per person, including for our 9-year-old child who is autistic. Unfortunately, the booking details buried in the small print revealed that we were expected to share a bed with him—something that’s neither practical nor appropriate given his needs. This was a deeply frustrating surprise. When we raised the issue with staff, we were met with rudeness, a lack of empathy, and zero willingness to help resolve the situation. We cancelled the booking, fully expecting to pay for the first night as per the stated terms. However, we were shocked to find that the remaining two nights were also withheld, despite not staying at all. This experience left us feeling dismissed and penalized for a situation that could have been avoided with clearer communication and basic compassion. Families with accessibility needs deserve better transparency and support. Expedia should review how such critical information is presented—and how its partners treat guests in vulnerable situations.

Extremely close to the train station but quite a bit away from any tourist attractions. Very clean and modern. Great stay!

Not guest-oriented at all. No safe in the room, have nothing in a room No safe for documents hasn't even a glass — just a bed. No shampoo, only hand soap. They gave me a paper cup for brushing my teeth. I even had to go and ask for the simplest things. No one moved to help, no hospitality whatsoever. I asked for water for my baby, and they couldn’t provide even this basic need. The most terrible service I have experienced in my life.

Utmärkt, har inget att klaga på! Personalen var hjälpsam, rummet var bra- rent och fräsht, ACn var guld värd då det var varma dagar. Vi var där två vuxna och ett barn på 4 år, vi kunde alla sova gott tillsammans i den stora sängen. Frukostbuffén var toppen, det fanns något för alla. Hotellet ligger väldigt nära tåg och tunnelbanestation så det var lätt och smidigt att ta sig runt i Wien från hotellet. Hotellet ligger även med gångavstånd från flera sevärdheter. Vi är supernöjda med allt-till ett bra pris! Vi kommer absolut tillbaka nästa gång vi kommer till Wien!

Amazing great and clean

Close to train station. Hard but comfortable bed, soft pillow. Internet access good. We did not eat in the hotel, but lots of bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants available. Most things closed on a Sunday in this area. The rooms are large and spacious, but no real storage, for clothes. No kettle, fridge, cups, glasses or teaspoons. No cups for toothbrush. Shampoo/ bodywash/ soap not good for skin or hair.

Clean and comfortable hotel, with an interesting decor. Walking distance from the train station. The rooms could include a few more amenities (i.e. drinking classes for water).
