We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, with most attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred the toilet and bathroom to be combined, but overall the facilities were good. I enjoyed the swimming pool, though the heated water could have been a little warmer. While there’s no onsite parking, the public parking next door was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Terrible el servicio, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, el teléfono no funcionaba, no había kleenex, etc y la actitud de la persona que nos atendió fue pésima y no solucionó absolutamente nada.

They provided us with a room that smelled strongly from vomit from the guest before. They hadn’t sanitized the room which is not just repelling but also a health hazard. Totally unacceptable. Besides from that the location is good. Breakfast was average. The lack of AC is another downside so the room was really hot.

Kändes modernt och fräscht på hotellet och det fanns fina, gemensamma utrymmen man kunde umgås i utanför det egna rummet. Vi bodde i ett rum som hade övervåning så barnen hade som eget rum med egen toa. Bra frukost, men de hade lite dålig koll på vad som var glutenfritt. Perfekt läge då man kom ut direkt på huvudgatan. Parkering nära, men inte i hotellet regi.

Mycket nöjda med detta hotell. Rymliga rum, härlig pool och fantastisk frukost! Bra läge, med en trevlig promenad in till de gamla delarna av staden. Anledningen till att vi inte ger fem stjärnor är att vi inte fick rena kaffekoppar eller handdukar till poolen.
