I love the hospitality that Mane Village Suite provided to me. It’s a very remarkable experience that I ever had in my travel journey. Very staff treated me nicely and they really care about how’s my day going or how’s my stay with them and delighted my time in Cambodia. I specially wanna thank you ACHU, the front desk manager , she is amazing woman and very inspiring , joy my lovely sweet girl , the driver that pick me up and send me off and all the other staffs, people and the place are the reason why I would like to go back to Cambodia again. Hopefully with my family in future. Whatever you guys doing , you are on the right track, the warm and welcoming service that Mane Village Suite brought to me is those big brand hotel can’t bring me at all. Very personal and very touching. Wish you all my lovely Cambodian, all the best!!!

We were impressed by the excellent service of the hotel staff. They are friendly and well communicated in English. The rooms are spacious and clean. They offer free transfer to and from the airport and tuk tuk service to the Night Market. My family all enjoyed our stay there and will definitely refer to anyone who goes to Siem Reap.

酒店位置雖然距離中心有點不就腳，可是步行12分鐘是可以回到酒店的，另外有free tuk tuk所以不受影響。
另外，那裏的服務態度真的很好，當你每日告訴他們行程，你還會幫你安排，例如幫你預訂餐廳，安排車輛。當你遲了回到酒店，沒有享用下午茶，他們還放到你房的雪櫃當中，留待你回家享用，就像家人留飯給你一樣，十分貼心。

工作人員服務非常窩心，絕對賓至如歸。遺憾旅程最後一晚房間冷氣故障，其他房間亦客滿無辦法安排換房，因而被逼悶焗了一個晚上。至於酒店設施方面都齊全，無線上網，室外泳池，戶外餐廳，基本設備一應俱全。另外，酒店亦會安排交通機場接待。由於飛機延誤的關係，司機等候了兩個小時，但也非常體諒。整體而言，酒店的服務與安排非常高質素，本人亦很樂意和期待下次再次入住

這裡的服務非常好，工作人員十分友善親切，不僅幫我們升等，早餐還有多種現煮的菜單，風格走的不是金碧輝煌的大廳，而是較接近典雅的柬式風格，此外，下午還有免費的柬式點心作為下午茶，下午許多人在游泳池畔玩水，工作人員就會親切的送上下午茶，下午茶及晚餐時間還有現場的傳統樂器演奏，地點雖然離pub street走路約10-15分鐘，但也因此到吳哥窟景觀區較近，到Lucky Mall也走路就能到達(約10-15分鐘)，Lucky Mall附近的餐廳如LY LY牛肉麵及柬式家常菜、Curry Walla印度料理...等都非常美味可口，最重要的是價格比起在在pub street親民很多，另外，飯店亦提供免費到市區的tuk tuk及機場的來回接送(機場接送是使用箱型車而不是自己叫的tuk tuk,載行李感覺安全很多，回程時還派了2台轎車載我們4個人)，我們住的房間離旁邊的學校較近，早上上學時間及體育課會比較吵一些，但中午及假日蠻安靜的，我們白天多在景區觀光所以影響不大，整體7天6夜的住宿覺得十分滿意，真的覺得賓至如歸。

酒店坐落在一條小窄巷內，但前台/門口長時間有接待員的，所以也安全。
酒店距離市中心不遠，有提供免費tuk.tuk.送往市區，大概只需要數分鐘。回程自付，只需要US$2
酒店的床不會太軟很舒適，可惜洗手間很暗，而花曬出水超級弱，真的不方便
提醒大家千萬別問tuk tuk 司機介紹按摩地方，他們一定說市區的不好，然後詢問資料變成直接載了你到市外他們相熟的按摩店，結果進退兩難，又貴(酒店價)但質素又差
