I loved my room and the lodge location was perfect being on the Bow River and walkway with the canoe rental just across the lawn. Also my fav restaurant; Lupo 10/10 was just up the block.

The room condition in F2 is poor. There are lots of holes in the curtains of my room. The freezer door is broken. The carpet is dirty, and the wallpaper in my room and the walkway are also in terrible condition.

We had a nice stay at the Bow Lodge. We were in Banff for a night and it was nice to be able to stay so close to the main area and have easy parking. We were able to walk along the river before heading out which was a nice way to start the day!

Pictures on your site don’t show exactly how it is. We arrived after dark. Staff not knowledgeable, rooms are very outdated for the price, but were clean. The Banff area is very expensive, but for what we paid, I would have gladly paid more to stay in an updated facility and room.
