Our room was on the smaller size, the bathroom was very clean, the shower head was very powerful liked that.beds were clean and comfy. There are no USB ports so bring your plug in part. There is no elevator, but it's only 2 smaller sets of stairs. Their complimentary breakfast was really good, they serve, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffles toast etc. Their coffee comes in mild, medium and strong. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful. It's not a fancy hotel but a great little spot for a night or two. We would go again.

Breakfast was ok, but no glass, no cups,no coffee in the room and the ice machine was not working so no ice was available. Ask for cups ans coffee three times and was told it would be sent to the room but none received during my stay at the hotel. Won't be staying at any Comfort Inn in the future.

We were booked into a room with the black out drapes ripped. Tape was used to fix. Didn’t hold. I complained & was given another room. Very few towels in the new room for 3 people. No coffee cups for breakfast or in the rooms. We were told to use glasses for the hot beverages. Also no mini soaps to wash hands at the sink. The 6 nights we were there the room was not cleaned up. Garbage was overflowing. Was the worst thing experience.

Staff très gentil et courtois.
Mais l’hôtel n’est pas entretenu du tout.
Dans le lobby, ça sent l’urine et le tapis est sale, pleins de petits déchets, aucune balayeuse depuis longtemps.
Il y a des bouts de cigarettes dans les corridors.
Dans la chambre, il y avait des collations (treats) pour chien sur le tapis, il y avait des poils de chien sur le divan, j’ai fait l’erreur de m’asseoir dessus et j’avais plein de poils sur moi.
La salle de bain n’a sûrement pas été lavé.
Bref, vraiment pas propre, on est parti, on n’a même pas voulu rester là.

Le ménage laissait un peu à désirer (miroirs sales, poussière partout)
Il n’y avait pas de savon à main dans la salle de bain et aucune tasse pour le café.
Au déjeuner du matin aussi il n’y avait pas de tasses pour prendre un café.
Le lit et le oreillers étaient très confo par contre.

J’ai appelé à l’hôtel pour savoir si il y avait des bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique, ils m’ont confirmé qu’il y en avait mais qu’il était non fonctionnel quand je suis arrivé à l’hôtel dans le stationnement, il y avait 4 bornes de recharge tout à fait fonctionnel Rien n’était vraiment génial dans cet hôtel
Tout d’abord on est arrivé vers 21 heures, l’hôtel était complet et surbooké donc c’était premier arriver premier servi pour avoir une chambre même avec la réservation. Ensuite quand nous avons eu la chambre, c’était infecte. Il y avait aucune serviette dans notre chambre, ils n’ont changé que le lit. Aucune aspirateur n’a été passé les clients avant nous avaient un chien à poil blanc donc il y avait du poil partout sur le tapis et sur le divan, c’était vraiment pas propre il y avait des croquettes à terre au nombre de trois que ma conjointe a pu compter, j’ai descendu à la réception pour demander des serviettes dans notre chambre, ils m’ont dit qu’il en enverrait, j’ai jamais reçu de serviette après 1h30 d’attente je suis redescendu au lobby pour demander si il m’avait oublié, et si je pouvais avoir des serviettes, ils m’ont répondu que non, ils ne m’avait pas oublié que oui, j’aurais des serviettes ils étaient rendu 23h30. J’ai jamais eu ma serviette, je n’ai pas pris de douche le lendemain matin pour le déjeuner, c’était incroyablement plein, et il manquait de vaisselle pour le café. Le déjeuner, la nourriture était très ordinaire.

C’est la première fois que je choisis un hôtel et que je suis obligé d’attendre que le préposé ose se montrer pour nous servir et cela a pris beaucoup de temps alors Bathurst jamais je vais retourner à cet hôtel. Après avoir été faire une balade je reviens et il y a des personnes qui attendent le préposé…. Quelle honte pour confort inn

Un superbe endroit, chambre super confortable mais plus jamais …. Nous n’avons pas dormi puisque notre chambre, située près de l’escalier à l’étage, nous faisait sursauter à chaque fois que quelqu’un ouvrait la porte de l’escalier …. La porte « bang-ait » tellement fort que notre porte de chambre faisait une succion incroyable donc résumé de notre super nuit à 273$…. 0/10…. Extrêmement déçue..

The staff was rude. The room needed to be vacuumed. Bathroom needs a light bulb replaced. There were no bath towels and face cloths in the bathroom. And when I went down to the front desk to ask for some he said he would be right up with them. An hour and a half later I had to go back down and ask for them again and he started arguing with me that he gave me them until he realized that he gave them to the wrong room. He finally came up ten minutes later with them.

Rooms were not very clean,stinky carpet, curtains old and falling down, air conditioning did not work,phone did not work to call friends in other room.
Outside hotel,garbage cans overflowing, cigarette butts

This was the worst experience I have had! We arrived and apparently they had been trying to get a hold of us, even though they should have cancelled via Expedia booking. We arrived at 9:00pm just to be told our reservation had been cancelled due to over capacity, but we booked 4-6 weeks prior to arriving so they shouldn’t have confirmed our reservation at that time if they were at capacity. Also my partner and his father got two other reasons why they had to cancel: 1) the rooms were not cleaned due to shortage of staff and 2) they have a water issue. Who knows the truth. I do not recommend.
The front desk staff was polite and was empathic to our situation.
