Great hotel located very close to Downtown Ottawa by drive, and also has a train station not too far from it as well.
The hotel itself was amazing! The rooms were cozy, spacious and clean with many amenities, and the hotel has good breakfast options as well (for an additional price). There was also a pool and gym on the top floor which was neat.

Great overall experience! Special thanks to the stuff members for being so accommodating.
The room was clean and spacious, the bistro on the first floor offers decent options at reasonable prices. Underground parking is very convenient. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Ottawa.

I stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once. No new towels, no clean sheets. Nothing. I asked the front desk twice and was told it would get done. Terrible service. Stay away

The site is near the Via Train Station. For drivers, it has an underground parking facility. Their restaurant is pricy. Suggest you order in or go out. It is a short walk to the O station which is also next to the Via Train Station. The room was pleasant, TV worked but the elevators were really slow.

Room was a very good size. Nice to have a fridge and microwave, as well as a sink and countertop. One huge negative is no USB ports. Luckily one of us had a block, otherwise none of us would be charging our phones (Best Buy right up the street would have solved that issue quickly tho). Room was clean but needed a good airing. Sheets were too small for the mattress and kept pulling off. Had to use mom powers to keep them on 💪. Skipped the breakfast bar. Looked more like a continental breakfast then something you'd pay $22+ for.

It was expensive during the conference and honestly for the price we paid I expected better service and facilities. Better to have stayed in Downtown Ottawa and then take an Uber to the conference instead of staying here. And on top of that there's no breakfast included... the Hampton Inn next door included breakfast for cheaper!
