The room was well appointed, comfortable and had a great view. Terrific restaurant staff. Didn’t use the parking. Lots of things to do nearby.

We have stay here for to night come everything was great except we didn’t buy breakfast. 5 min walk you can reach the Chinatown where with a lot of restaurants. Or, you can try cafe at hotel main floor . In room, mini refrigerator, coffee maker are provided. We had part of view of Bow river. Room rate is acceptable. Definitely come back when visiting Calgary again.

Staffs are friendly and helpful except one female restaurant staff on duty dated yesterday who was a bit unfriendly after front desk staff guided me to get a glass of warm water at the restaurant. She did not have to act so unfriendly. To be honest, l was a bit “ pissed off “ as there was not hot water boiler inside the guest room ! Others all good. We and another couples will check in again at this hotel between Oct 10 - Oct 12, 2023 and reassess again whether it is commendable to stay at this hotel to other friends who desire to visit Calgary in the near future. Thank you

6 -10 minutes walking distance to supermarket. Few homeless people 3 blocks away. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful except forgot to give me a morning call on Oct 12, 2023 which l had requested the day before ( late afternoon on Oct 11 ). Recommend to stay at rooms with the river view because the other side of the building has a nearly Fire Rescue Station, quite noisy.

On the 21st floor all we heard was emergency sirens all night. The windows must have been made out of paper mache. The hotel needs to upgrade the windows to a more soundproof design.
The starlight patio was closed and only available for special bookings. The patio itself needed some work to bring it up to a maintained standard.
No work area in lobby or anywhere.

Hotel was overrun with high school aged sports teams
Very noisy, teens in hallways/lobby.
Emergengy vehicles park directly below hotel, sirens throughout the night.
