Unfortunately, staff didn't control the loud drinking guests really late into the morning.
Guests across the hall woke us up because of their loudness.
It ruined our sleep making our long drive home very difficult.
It really did damage our experience.

“Unfortunately, our stay this time was quite noisy. There was a group of kids moving around, and they kept opening and closing the doors. We could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms as well, which made it difficult to rest. I hope this issue can be resolved in the future.”

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points in Sarnia. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. .The location is great just minutes from the bridge and the beach. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.I love the pool and gym very clean .Outside ambiance very nice relaxing .My kids love it so much .Hopefully they have jacuzzi hot tub 😊❤️.
