Four Points by Sheraton Point Edward Sarnia

Updated rooms, great pool. Great staff

My spouse and I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Sarnia to celebrate our two-year anniversary, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Throughout the night, there was a significant amount of noise from guests partying in the hallways and nearby rooms, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The situation continued early in the morning, with children running through the hallways yelling and screaming as early as 5:00 a.m. Unfortunately, there appeared to be little supervision from parents, and the noise levels were not addressed. In addition, loud televisions and conversations from neighboring rooms could be heard clearly, which further impacted our stay. We had chosen this hotel hoping for a peaceful and memorable anniversary getaway, but the excessive noise made that difficult to enjoy. The hotel itself has potential, but better enforcement of quiet hours and consideration for other guests would greatly improve the overall experience.

Pool was great. We came in late so didn’t get to use the outdoor area but it looks really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Was told that there was no room for us to eat breakfast and that there would be a wait, but there were several open tables throughout the restaurant

Rented a 1 bedroom suite, very spacious and clean. Loved that the window shades are completely blacked out, it made for an excellent sleep! We were a little concerned at the close proximity to the elevator but our sleep was not disrupted at all! Staff was friendly and accommodating.. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent breakfast, individually prepared, really nice serving staff.

Clean Friendly Nice rooms

We were here for a family event and couldn't be happy with our stay at Four Points. Right from our checkin to our checkout everything was perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, the pool was clean and relaxing and breakfast was tasty and filling. It was a great stay overall and would definitely stay here again.

Just hard to get fresh air in the room because the outside door is locked, no access to your patio!

Love the renovations. Enjoyed the patio. Food excellent! And wait staff the best! Very efficient staff in all areas.

Well maintained, wasn't impressed with the service at the Boston Pizza attached. Employee's couldn't wait to get you out of the restaurant.

Our visit to Four Points was great! We were originally on a room with no balcony. We asked if we could get a room with balcony on the second floor. I have forgot to ask when I made my reservation. They did that for us. The room, the dinning, the staff all was fantastic.!!!

Clean, modern, comfortable. Overall great stay. The fitness equipment is new and in great shape, and the pool is large and warm. Would stay again!
