This place was fantastic. The overwhelming thing to my wife and I during our stay was the staff. Everyone of them , whether at the front desk, in the hallways or at the restaurant would ask on every occasion if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. We have never stayed in a hotel with a better staff than this. I hope they hear how great they are often! Mark&Carol

Large rooms, well appointed. Perfect for a night, weekend or an extended stay. Breakfast was from a menu and the food was excellent and plentiful. 1 hot drink, 1 cold drink and a full breakfast were included. Staff was very friendly and there were 3 people working check-in to make sure you were looked after in a timely manner

Clean room, amenities was very good, gym was well-equipped.

I would have preferred a small breakfast buffet instead of ordering from a menu. Only stayed one night so did not use the amenities.

Even though connecting rooms were requested a month in advance, only separate rooms were available.

The only downfall was breakfast was not included everything else was great

We played in the swimming pool and 2 of my kids and 1 of my brother kid got hurt due to sharp edges inside the swimming pool. We had had to cut our trip short and back home

The service was excellent . The room and hotel qas extremely clean. Extremely happy with this hotel and will definitely stay again.

The pillows were really nice in the bed, but the plug in the bathroom kept tripping, and you could not use a hairdryer or a curling iron

The staff was very friendly when we checked in and told us about the live music on the patio at Boston Pizza (which was onsite). Our room was very clean and had lots of room in it. We went to Boston Pizza for dinner and it was quite busy. We waited for a bit for service, but we knew we may have to wait going in seeing how busy it was with a couple of large parties. The food was good - there was a slight mix up with my husband's order, but the server took care of it right away. The Boston Pizza turns into the hotel breakfast spot in the morning. We opted for the additional charge for breakfast and were happy we did. We each got to choose a meal from the menu along with a beverage. We were both very happy with our meals and left very full. We were only here for a short one night stay, but no complaints and would recommend this hotel for anyone considering it.

Really liked the onsite restaurant. Patio was really nice. Pool is very nice.

Our kids used swam in the pool but at the end of 2 hours in the pool almost all their toes were bleeding as apparently the finish on the sides is rough. We were planning to head to the beach the next day and we couldn't because we feel burnt when we take off the band aid. We unfortunately had to head back to town early the next day. Trip didnt go as planned.
