Great location, parking was easy. Staff were all great. Everything was great but the steam shower was not working. However the hot tub, pool, sauna and gym were great.

Good Service - definitely one of my go to nows.

Great gym with a sauna, steam room, outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Room was a good size and very clean. Great staff too! Will stay again. Location is close to everything in downtown Vancouver - and my favourite breakfast spot, Cafe Medina.

I Loved staying here, it was sooooo Nice. Room, it was Huge, right downtown and next to the Jinya Ramen Bar what more can you ask for? An Awesome place to Stay and Ramen next door, I will be planning my future stays here in Vancouver.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. During a genuine medical emergency with my best friend hospitalized, I spent hours trying to move a reservation by one single day. The hotel had availability. I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. Instead, they hid behind policy and demanded consent letters, credit card ID, and even a doctor’s note while I was sitting in a hospital dealing with an emergency. I am not interrupting doctors and nurses to justify a hotel stay. I could not access the paperwork they wanted and made clear I would provide whatever they required later — they still refused. Expedia is not at fault; they made repeated calls on my behalf and have successfully handled 25–50 changes for me over thousands of bookings. In over 3,000 hotel stays worldwide, this is the only property that has ever behaved with this level of rigidity and indifference. I have written off the money. What remains is the complete absence of judgment, humanity, and basic decency. Beyond unacceptable.

First, the bad, because I think it would’ve been a deal breaker had I known - there is only 2 elevators for the hotels 31 floors. Other reviews mention 2-3 minute waits but that’s a good wait in our experience. During peak times wait could be 5-10 min and even then you might just resign yourself to packing on like sardines out of desperation. It’s fast once you get on but non functional for the size of building. Secondly, the good. Lots to be satisfied with - kind staff, good location, clean rooms, timely housekeeping. Room layout (king suite) was functional for our needs as a small family. Nice separate shower with both overhead and handheld shower heads. Lastly, quite a few minor annoyances with the room, not dealbreakers but irritating. The rooms are lit almost exclusively with lamps, in our case about 8 different ones, all of which have different methods to turn on and off in different places, and all of which are controlled by a master switch that controls one light in the living room area AND the outlets, which is unfortunate when you want to use the outlets overnight (phone charging etc…) but don’t want the light on. The washroom faucet is mounted very far back so you have like 1” of room to wash your hands etc and water gets everywhere and it’s non functional for kids. The bathroom has two doors to make it accessible from the bedroom and main area but light switches only on one side. Overall, not the worst experience but not likely to stay again.

Lovely, spacious suite, very clean and plenty of amenities in a conveniently -central location. Staff was so helpful with directions and recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.
