Very clean, comfortable bed, but the parking lot is a bit crowded

入住當天房間還沒準備好，delay 30分鐘才入房，所以入住的時候房間地板濕濕的，拉著行李進去，所以地板都弄髒了，廁所地板也是濕的，感覺不舒服

Certainly not a hotel for business travelers. If you expect to have a desk and a reasonable chair to get some work done, you will be disappointed. Instead, you would get some fancy dimmable lights, and you can choose to switch your lighting ambiance from red to blue and whatever is in between.

This is a lovely hotel, however parking can be an issue. Especially at night if you are doing something, the parking lot is small and full. Bathrooms could be updated but otherwise this is a good hotel and a good price in comparison to other hotels in the area.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Elle n'était pas branchée et l'hôtel avait mis un dispositif qui empêchait de la branchée.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We are on the second floor facing the pool and river-it had great views, and it was nice watching the wildlife in the trees. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning unit worked really well and we were able to get it very cold for a good sleep. The bathroom was spacious with a nice Jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was good as well. The only cons were the room was a little tight and there was only one seat to sit in and no desk or table. The value for the price per night was a little low, considering the room and amenities but overall we had a great stay, and good night sleeps and would return.

Hotel was clean and location was convenient.

The hallway lights are blue and very dark. Too dark - not a nice setting, it put me off. I like to see where I am walking. Second - the shower taps are too wierd. I got hot water but I could not figure out how to dial back to get a moderate temperature.

Very disappointed about my stay tbh For 200$/night you would think you’d get something pretty nice right? Well… while it’s not absolutely awful it’s definitely not up to the standard for what we paid. Listings for the rooms only included one picture not even showing the entirety of the room and no bathroom pictures, this already screamed red flag because why would you not show a picture of the bathroom? Bathroom is small can barely fit 2 people in there, the shower head is on the verge of giving up resulting in water leaking everywhere from the top. The water temperature gauge is not accurate at all you either have boiling hot water and if you turn it slightly down water becomes icy cold. Its a shame because the room design is actually nice and it could be worth that price but unfortunately this room was also in a basement which is pretty weird, never seen that before. Last thing that left me a bit angry was the staff carrying carts of I dont know what starting at 8am in the hallway, it was so loud it sounded like the room door was wide opened. Wasn’t very happy about getting woken up at such an early time. Wouldn’t be a big deal if the room was slightly more soundproof but you could literally hear whisper in the hallway thats how little soundproof it was. Overall, room was clean.

Clean room, friendly staff and good food. Walking distance to the Spa was my favourite part!
