We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice , the bed was comfy , the staff was friendly. We stayed one night before our cruise . Perfect location for a vancouver tour they picked up right out front. We also had a short trip to the cruise terminal. Lots of placces ealkable from the hitek and the neighborhood felt safe. E

The staff is fantastic and there is a connected bar/cafe for breakfast and lunch and an Italian restaurant for dinner. The room we had was a bit small, but manageable. It was very clean and the bed was made up every day. It had a Keurig machine, which was a nice touch. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because there is very little shelf space, in the bathroom, to put toiletries. I mean, there is less room than you'd get in a cruise ship cabin bathroom! But, if that isn't an issue for you, the price is right, the place is clean, the staff is great, and we met a LOT of guests who were either waiting to embark on a new cruise or were staying there at the end of a cruise.

There was some odor throughout the hotel and our room, kind of like the filters had not been cleaned. The refrigerator didn’t work, but they did offer to replace it. Everything else was fine.

In Anbetracht des Preises, verglichen mit den Hotels in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, ist die gebotene Leistung nicht zu beanstanden. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist nicht mehr ganz modern und teilweise auch schon etwas abgenutzt. Allerdings gibt es keine Einschränkungen hinsichtlich Nutzbarkeit, von daher okay. Das Zimmer war sauber, Schränke / Schubladen waren innen nicht staubig, Sessel und Lampenschirme ohne Flecken. Auch die Etagenflure waren sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die Austattung des Zimmers und des Hotels ist Standard für ein nordarmerikanisches Hotel. Lautstärke war okay. In einem Zimmer zu einer Seitenstraße war der normale Straßenlärm nicht zu hören, einzig die lauten Sirenen von Polizei oder Krankenwagen. Empfehlung für alle, die eine günstige Unterkunft zum Übernachten im Zentrum suchen.

Room was clean , comfortable but really small and even it seemed newly renovated it felt old and it was noisy from the cars on a busy street. Staff was very attentive . Restaurants are nice and food was good.
