Everything was great! The hotel has an excellent location. You can walk everywhere from the hotel or take the bus just steps off the hotel.
The hotel provides you with buss passes if needed. The hot tub and fire is great. We went end of April so it was not packed which was nice however most of the lakes were still frozen. Still Banff was magical.
The room are kind of small but everything is so well kept. The shampoo and soap provided are from the Rocky Mountain brand which smells amazing and enhanced our days. Loved the lemongrass smell.

This place was amazing! We had our two dogs with us, there were dog beds and bowls in the room waiting for them. The hot tub was great. We had a two bedroom suite which was wonderful. The staff was great.

We loved loved loved this place. Very close to everything downtown, the roof top got tubs were amazing and the mountain views were incredible. We got a room on the 2nd floor of the property and the room was very clean and the hotel itself had a charming vibe. The ROAM bus stop right in front of the hotel was a big plus. I would stay here in a heartbeat when I next visit banff
