Our room was small but had everything we needed. We really appreciated being able to pre-check in and leave our car in the secure parking for the day. The pool and hot tubs were great after a big hike

Pretty awesome. The view was great. The pool was fun. Anything maybe needed a bit of paper towel.

Their couches in both the room and lounge are smelly and old. Staff are young. They got their job done but not very professional. The room smelled like marijuana

Carpeted room - traps the dirt, and you can see it is old carpet. Has the hotel ever considered changing the carpet to a hard floor?

It was extremely frustrating that our room was not ready for 45 mins after check in time. And we were not the only ones. 4 -5 other guests both days we were there. It’s the one thing to meet the expectation of a guest. Every thing revolves around that check in time, unloading, parking, reservations. I was not the only one extremely frustrated to be told 4-5 times it was just in the “inspection phase” only a few more minutes. The staff seemed like it didn’t phase them. When we got in we were offered extended check out to 12 from 11. At 11 our room card didn’t work. They offered 1230 to make up for it , at 1205 our other room key didn’t work. The only positive was we were able to use the pool after check out and the location is ideal - wondering if because of that great location they feel it’s ok to not meet the needs of the other basic hotel expectations like a simple check in time integrity. Check in times are getting later and prices are going up the least they can do is honour their of what you paid for/ if a guest just decided to be late leaving and take their time with the rules I don’t think they would be as nonchalant. Very disappointing on that level.

Everything is excellent, great for spacious rooms, location and hotel offering but only miss is having more of a common space lounge area.

Very good location and beautiful mountain view. Friendly and accommodating staff. Room had great amenities. Bed sheets are the softest. Very comfortable bed.

This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. Not only that the staff are borderline rude and the hotel is not well maintained with multiple things broken in my room had a used condom wrapper at the head of my bed. It was a tiny room for $800/night on a weekend. The pool deck is also tiny and is pretty much the only selling point of the hotel and it’s not even good. Don’t even get me started on the four different housekeepers that knocked on my door starting at 9am sharp. I honestly couldn’t wait to leave and will NEVER return

this hotel is old and the service and services are not up to the level of the Pan Pacific. I would not recommend this hotel at this price point, there are many better options in Whistler

Does not exceed my expectation for a four star hotel.

I stayed in the studio upper suite mountain view. The room was clean with great mountain views. A few lights were not working in the bathroom and on the murphy bed. Wifi was not the greatest and it could be a noisy. I enjoyed the amenities especially the pool and hot tub and it was easy access to the village and Blackcomb side.
