Great hotel. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and the location. We had beautiful view of the pool and the mountain, the room was fully stocked. Everything was clean. There was some noise from the pub downstairs but I didn’t mind it. We parked in the day lot and saved some parking.

We arrived about 10 minutes before the check-in time, but they were kind enough to accommodate us. The room was thoroughly cleaned and spotless.
However, although there were three of us staying, the hotel only provided amenities for two people, which was disappointing.
We contacted the front desk, but they did not resolve the issue.
Fortunately, when we requested extra amenities from the housekeeping staff the next morning, they took care of it quickly.
The housekeeping staff were very pleasant and handled our request promptly. Thank you very much.
On the other hand, the front desk staff lacked smiles, and I felt uncomfortable that I had to be the one to greet them first. Am I expecting too much?
The facilities were fine, and the overall service was average. I do not think we will choose to stay here again.
