Unfortunately we had a bad stay this time. I traveled with 2 young children and they do not provide cribs, only pack n play and make sure you bring your own sheet. The windows also open right up easily so be careful with your kids.Then the fire alarm went off for an extended amount of time in the middle of the night waking us all up. The bedroom lights did not work at all. The TV was blurry and extremely slow/old. The toilet seat was on wonky. The AC was very loud all night. No bathtub for kids. The shower drain wasn't working so you'd be standing in a couple inches of water which did not bode well after one of my kids had a blowout. On the plus side the room was very large, had a washer/dryer and full kitchen and a seperate area for the bedroom. Staff were fantastic. Location was a nightmare. Took over an hour to move 2 miles. Parking across street.

Excellent location. We had booked as we were attending a concert at Massey Hall which it turns out was pretty much across the street. Also very close to Easton Centre so accessing the subway and the Toronto Path system was a breeze. Room/bed/bathroom was very nice though TV service is quite dated. Do opt for the breakfast, delicious and varied menu options for all tastes. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Toronto.

The room was pretty clean, but there were a few long hairs on the floor which was a little off putting.
A few things missing from the room, like a pen and notepad, ice bucket, instructions for the coffee maker, a booklet describing hotel amenities and general information from the area. These things were not necessary, but would have been appreciated.
Biggest dissatisfaction was the bed and pillows! The mattress was so soft and the pillows, terribly lumpy. I woke up with a sore neck, which a week later is still bothering me! Definitely in need of improvement considering the whole reason for a hotel room- A good night’s sleep!
However being able to store our luggage before checkin and after checkout was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.. it is a lovely old hotel, but modern bathroom. Convenient to the downtown core which is what we were looking for. Just wish the bed had been more comfortable.

Property was conveniently located. The room was spacious and clean; the bed was actually comfortable as well! Great value for what we paid.
