We stayed here for two nights and overall had a really good experience. The location is excellent — right in the city center and within walking distance to all the main attractions in Victoria.
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we always had hot water. It was also nice to have coffee available in the room.
The hotel felt convenient and easy for a short stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is perfect—close to the Inner Harbour, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient to explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I also really appreciated the great value for the price.
The only thing I’d hope for in the future is air conditioning, especially during warmer days—it would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Victoria.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we always had hot water. It was also nice to have coffee available in the room.

The room was clean, but didn’t have air conditioning. The fans provided helped, but during hot weather would be inadequate. This hotel is not accessible as you need to go up stairs to get to the front desk and more stairs to access the elevator. It is in a good location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for all but the last night of our stay. Disappointed as this is why we booked this location, but mantinace issue are some time out of anyone's control. Elevator went down as well, but fixed within 24hr.

It is a older hotel but in general it was ok. It was fairly quiet but we were on the top floor at the end of hall which probably helped. The room was fairly clean. There was a small stain on our sheets and the housekeeping staff was quick at replacing the sheets. There is no a/c in the room but it was not extremely hot outside as it was April. You could only open the windows slightly for fresh air and there was a fan in the room. So we manage to keep the room at a decent temperature. I can imagine in the summer being really hot without a/c. Staff was helpful. Price is relatively high for what it is but I guess you pay to be in Victoria.

Room we stayed in wasn’t vacuumed so I kept finding someone’s fingernails and then went to make my coffee in morning and the coffee maker had an old coffee bag in it. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, luckily I only booked two nights and we extended our stay at a cleaner hotel.

Great location by inner harbour - close to everything downtown. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants nearby. Older building, but everything clean and kitchenette room well-equipped for what we needed.
