Really nice, beautiful, big rooms. Excellent in room amenities. Pool is only open summers unfortunately. Location is perfect! Close to Rogers, union station, ferry and lake cruises. Lots of restaurants close by at all price points.

Excellent location if you're planning a trip to see the Bluejays / Maple leafs or raptors. The room was nice and clean and staff weree friendly. I wasnt a fan of the restaurant, both the food and service.

Meh! It was okay.
The location is very convenient, especially if you're coming over from the Island airport.
That said, it wasn't anything special and the price point is so high, I could have stayed at the Royal York for only $20 more.
The pool was closed, the "upgraded room with CN Tower view" was really just a view of the base of the tower (it's not a high rise hotel), the "upgraded room" was also across the hall from the Staff utility closet so, I got the pleasure of listening to staff bang around and the door slam all evening. The TV was basic cable and no option for Netflix, Prime, etc. And the on demand movies were VERY dated.
Honestly, if you get a deal on this place for sure take advantage but, you can easily find substantially nicer hotels for a similar price point.

Nice hotel right near the lake. Room was well appointed, friendly staff, easy check in. Coffee and water in the room and a coffee place in the lobby. Also had breakfast at the restaurant on the 5th floor. Wait staff was excellent, food was good and view was nice !

Really nice little hotel for a weekend trip to the city for my daughter and I. I have to call out whoever was working the front desk on our last day, because we had been travelling around by Uber and had planned on the same to get back to the airport. We didn’t realise the Toronto Marathon was happening that morning and the main road to get to our hotel was closed and we tried several Uber drivers and a taxi and nobody could actually get to us, and I had no idea how to use Toronto public transit. I was worried as we were losing time and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, there was a gentleman that helped us figure out how to use the tram, waited with us until we got on and made sure we knew what to do when we got to union station. The tram was very delayed as well and he stayed with us the whole time to make sure we were okay. The hotel is conveniently located, and we were up on the sixth floor which was a little warm in the hallways, but the room was nice and clean and the hallways were quiet. Nice little coffee shop in the lobby as well and walking distance to a lot of attractions. I would recommend!
