Amazing location, close to lots of bars and clubs. Staff were super helpful and professional with answering my questions! Even with us leaving very early in the morning we had no issues at all and staff was there to assist immediately!!

The hotel is nice and clean. The valet parking service is excellent: Philip was so nice from the day he assisted us and welcome us to our check in and out day. Philip made sure our car was ready. 5 star to Philip.

Good location for downtown. Most things within an easy walk. Building looks a bit tired but room was very clean. Adequate breakfast if you prefer on site eating, limited choices later on during opening times. (No pastries left)

The location was convenient, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The staff seemed uncoordinated and communication between team members was lacking, which led to confusion during our stay. Requests were not handled efficiently, and it often felt like no one was willing to take ownership of issues. While the property itself was acceptable, the level of customer service left much to be desired. The valet guy Romilio was so irritating and rude.

Very disappointing stay. The heating in my room was not working, and the room was extremely cold. Staff told me the system was centrally controlled and could not be adjusted until the next day. They also had no portable heaters available and only offered an extra blanket. I had to sleep wearing my coat and jacket all night because I was freezing. After getting almost no sleep, I asked for a late checkout, but they only extended it until 1 PM. Overall, the lack of a solution and poor customer service made for a very uncomfortable stay.

I’m disabled and I was looking forward to the valet parking. When we arrived it was full, which can’t be helped. The front desk staff suggested the parkade next door and showed me on his computer the exact location. What he neglected to mention before I parked is that you can only park until 5:59 am. It was really horrible to have to wake up that early to move my car somewhere else with my condition. The front desk staff let me park in the surprisingly empty Ramada parkade for an hour. When we checked out an hour later the new day staff tried to charge me a full day parking. As well the water in the coffee machine was moldy. Brown smears on the wallpaper in bathroom. A group of kids were screaming at the hotel pool playing lacrosse all night, the patrons on our floor were loud all night, and the front desk staff wouldn’t help. No ear plugs either. I wouldn’t stay here again, it has big hostel energy but not hostel prices.

It’s an old building so there are issues with the rooms, which is unavoidable. With that said, when you get past the aesthetics of it, it’s pretty centralized, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you just need a room to rest after a long day, or night, of being out on the town, this hotel gives you just that for a reasonable price.
