The room was in good condition, only issue is I booked through Expedia the King club room, which gets you access to a lounge room on that floor, but how Expedia has it set up with the hotel is that it looks like that club room is actually a part of the hotel room or at least some pieces of it and I booked the hotel for my birthday and I had hoped to use what was the bigger space to take pictures with a small group of friends, but it was an issue with the hotel (we initially asked the front desk who said yes but then other staff said no) because I think people have been bringing large parties there and abusing the space however I found it really frustrating that it was not clear on Expedia… so it made some of the things that I had planned for that trip not possible or more difficult than they should’ve been wanting to use a space for cake and photos for an hour or less… otherwise it was an ok stay.

Fast and friendly service. I always choose to stay at this location 😊

I wasn’t able to stay there but when my flight was cancelled returning from Xmas they refunded my stay with no hassle. I was really impressed.

Great staff, clean modern room,reasonable price for New Year’s Eve stay. One caveat, I have a Ford 150 truck. You won’t be able to park in there underground parking too low I hit the bar trying to get in but thankfully only a minor scratch on the roof. I had paid for the parking online and they graciously refunded it. You’ll have to park across the street.

Always stay here when we visit Hamilton. Just what we need all around

Noise from unit heating system squeaking fan bearing then cycling fridge all night long along with street traffic ….not relaxing after a 6 hrs drive!! Pay for outside parking not covered by hotel? Won’t be using them in the future….

Bed was terrible. Toilet paper was from the dollar store. Froze all night , no blankets. You put heat on and it shuts after 15 minutes. No water pressure in shower.

Great stay and outstanding service Stayed here last week and had a very good experience overall. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, and everything felt well maintained. Our original room didn’t have a great view, so I spoke with the manager and he was incredibly helpful—he moved us to a higher-floor room immediately, no questions asked. The whole process was fast and effortless. Excellent customer service and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nice clean room!

Parking is terrible. No place to stop even snd not one person outside hotel giving directions. The club is not worth the extra, limited hours and ran out of food.

The first time I stayed I was impressed with this hotel, I just had to reach out to the manager with our issue abotu gross towels and some other issues in our hotel room last night.Wasnt impressed at all.
