the suite was clean and well stocked with most amenities, except for a washer and dryer. the sheets, blankets and pillows were clean. the mini fridge and small dishwasher worked well. wifi was good and we enjoyed complementary netflix. the only problem was a mouse that kept us up at night, running amuk in the suite. someone was sent over to lay down a trap, but we both slept poorly for two nights because we could hear the mouse chewing on something. my wife also freaked out because she almost stepped on it in the bedroom!

We appreciated the view, calm and quiet.
Check in was complicated as we did not receive our Unit # and Code 24 hours ahead of our arrival.
By the time we got there my cell was out of charge (not your fault) but this meant that I could not receive the Code by text.
Also that Code only came in at 4:14 pm, after arrival time.

L’endroit et les installations étaient tel qu’indiqué et très bien. Toutefois certains aspects sont perfectibles: le lit n’etait pas des plus confortable et il craquait à chaque mouvement!
Le service a la clientele est loin d’etre efficace. Aucun reponse à une question concernant la tv. Lorsque j’ai demandé pour un depart tardif, puisque des frais étaient impliqués, j’ai eu une reponse. Ils ne m’ont jamais renvoyé le code pour ouvrir l’appartement alors que j’avais précisé la question, à savoir si le code serait le même. Par chance, un employé sur place a pu m’aider pour accéder à l’appartement après l’heure de départ normale.

Les couvertures de rechange étaient entassées dans une armoire et non pliées, ce qui nous a laissés incertains quant à leur propreté. Il y avait peu de serviettes pour une famille de cinq et l’endroit était légèrement poussiéreux. Par contre, le complexe (kayak, piscine, etc.) était parfait et le personnel très gentil et compétent. Cependant, après la perte d’un bijou dans l’appartement, je n’ai toujours reçu aucun retour du service à la clientèle, et ce, quatre jours après notre départ.

Spectacular! This is a great place for a family get away. Activities, the views of Lake and mountains amazing. The place is spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable and clean. Definitely would stay again any again. Top floor rooms best! Room 2303 was home away from home.

Endroit magnifique et paisible dans un décor enchanteur. Cependant c’est comme si le ménage avait été fait à moitié pour notre arrivée. Les planchers étaient sales et nous doutons que les draps et couvertures avait été lavés car ils étaient remplis de cheveux. C’est nous-mêmes qui avons fait le ménage en arrivant. Sinon tout était bien.
