Staff were very kind during our stay, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and I liked that they had flavoured syrups for the coffee. Had complementary bikes, wish we could use them but was raining during our stay. Super close to all things downtown, max 20 minute walk to the things we wanted to see in Charlottetown! Only thing is doors and ceilings are thin so we could hear the kids of some guests running around in the hallways and upstairs in the morning and at night, but other than that it was a fantastic stay!

Do not be fooled by the reviews and select photos like I was. The room was okay, very small but reasonably clean. The bed was so broken down it sounded like a wooden ship breaking apart any time you moved or got up. The view out the windows is old, rundown houses with backyards full of trash and broken bicycles. The worst part was the paper thin walls. You can clearly hear normal conversations in the next room, and between neighbouring tvs and loud guests, it’s never quiet. If you have to stay here, ask for a room facing the parking lot. In this case, it’s the best view available.

The king-size bed room was nicely renovated. Staff were very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast. Walking distance to downtown and Victoria park.

Very clean, spacious room, friendly staff, conveniently located and good continental breakfast. If I ever come back to Charlottetown this would be where I would stay again for sure.

Breakfast was excellent

The room had such poor sound proofing that we were awaked each night by people talking in the hallway until at least 3:30am. It sounded like they were in our room. The breakfast buffet was very poorly maintained. Each day the coffee had run out as well as many of the food items. One day we tried a hard boiled egg which was not cooked at all, looking like a fresh cracked egg. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.

They have complimentary beer and popcorn at happy hour. It's quite a surprise for us.

The breakfast are typical but restaurants are clean and tidy.

Good breakfast. We sere there 4 nights so a change day to day... maybe scrambled vs frittata every day. But quality of food quite outstanding . .

Such a convenient location; comfortable rooms and beds; pretty solid breakfast.

Beautiful rooms

Very helpful & friendly staff. Our room was quiet & comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Would have been nice to have an elevator for our heavy luggage. Walkable to many places on Charlottetown. A terrific place!

Room was very clean. It was a suite. Pleanty of room and had a comfy sleep Pillows were abit to hard and puffy but other than that we had a great stay there.
