clean room, good breakfast verity, close to main shopping streets. wifi was not great.
special thank you to Jack and Joey. we were having major problems with connectivity to the internet and they were very kind helping us to book tours, taxis etc

The Pan Pacific Beijing is located at a quiet cosy neighbourhood and easily accessible to The Joy City mall nextdoor, where most retail shops and F&B outlets which you need, are represented. Highly recommended for both business and family travels. Will revisit again when in Beijing next.

Central beliggenhed med vældig gode muligheder for shopping tæt på.
Generelt fremragende værelse, med masser af knapper til lyssætning og god plads, men overraskende dårligt at skydedørene til bad og toilet ikke slutter til, men efterlader sprække på 3-5 centimeter (det samme på vores venners værelse) Ligner en arkitekt-fejl som ingen har gjort sig ulejlighed med at løse (vil kræve mindre justering af glidebeslag)
Desuden meget dyr massage (ca. 1000 DKK) som vi derfor fravalgte.
Men det fantastiske personale (som taler engelsk) giver et vældig fint samlet billede

Good location, right smack in the city. My check in was delayed even though it state 2pm and i checked in at 2. So had to wait till 3 to get a clean room. Came back at 3 and they said it was not ready. Anyway one of the manager came in and saved the day and gave me a room immediately. The only grief was that because i used my non chinese card to enter china, i had to re register my hotel card every evening after i get back.. it is quite inconvenient for me. Saving grace was Nathan, bell boy who went the extra mile to help me retrieve my delivery from the delivery box as i wasnt able to do so.. i think its not the same 5 star pan pacific experience as i would expect but overall it was a good stay. The reception staff probably needs a lot more training. I

第一天浴室用品已經不齊，沒有沐浴露、拖鞋牙刷也不齊，要跟他們說才給我們。另外每日補給的浴室用品總會遺留的地方。感覺對客戶不上心
另外，第一天晚上我們都給熱醒了，室內溫度是27度，空氣十分不流通，但已經半夜了，我們只好繼續睡。到了第二天晚上還是這樣，叫了維修人員來看來看，他說因為酒店開了暖氣，要他們關了才會有空調，這麼熱要人怎麼睡，還好他關了暖氣才涼一點，不然都不用睡了！
還有，房間的電話也是壞的，每次打電話去客服，對話都斷斷續續的，根本聽不清對方在說什麼！

酒店大堂太小，前台办事效率太低太慢。其他还可以，房间夠大，但是酒店地下停车场太贵，住客也只能半价优惠，西单太堵了，不会再住这里了。

Great breakfast offer of both European and Asian.
Very friendly staff. Many didn't speak any other language than Chinese but that made it just that more fun. But those who spoke English were very good.
Close to Chinas largest shopping mall.
Lot of small local shpps around the hotel.
A very vlean and safe area!!!!
The hotel itself was very clean, modern and comfortable!
Great caluefor the money!!!!!

Firstly, I was booking non smoking room but it was smoking smell in the room while I checked room 1218, although I have double check with the staff before checking in. I talked about the issue to the front desk then asking me to move to 1607 ( non smoking room) on the second day. I have spent time to move this 1607 by myself. Finally, this room was ok. Secondly, regarding swimming pool, they asked the guest to purchase their swimming cap to swimming, guest cannot swimming without swimming cap. But no any notice to let us know while we booked the room regarding swimming cap. It was unreasonable request to the guest. We already spent decent money for staying this hotel, their services value must match their fees. Plus, the swimming pool is a third party operating not belongs pan pacific hotel Beijing. If we know this before, we would not book this kind of hotel. Should be clearly to the agreement otherwise will be deem breach agreement.Overall, the stay for this time was ok only. I hope that they can apologize for this unexpected experience.

Conveniently located hotel with good bones, but just no longer a five star hotel. The hotel is worn; draperies were sticky and in need of cleaning or replacement. Windows had smudges from other people’s noses and foreheads. The shower floor had grime and mildew. Employees kicked food dropped on floor under the food cabinets. Men’s locker room had at least 30 used towels on the floor.
We recently stayed at the Four Seasons, which is a whole different caliber of hotel. Pan pacific is not there. We were surprised Pan Pacific doesn’t inspect more often and train better. Surely this isn’t Pan Pacific’s desired level of quality.
Having said all that it was a decent stay, just not 5-star.
