This is my first time to Shanghai China, very excited, when choosing this hotel, there were many bad comments about this hotel, but after staying here, everything was fine, the hotel location is good, surrounded by tourist areas, the hotel room is also clean, every day housekeeping cleans my room, replaces bath towels every day, and is supplied with bottled water every day, from the airport to this hotel is also very easy to use the metro, and for everyone's information, it is really easy to find food around this hotel. Easy check in Room Was clean On Didi, it was hard to find because on the DIDI APP, they changed the hotel name to Qichongtian Hotel / Century square Nanjing Road. The restaurant here is good. View from the window was nice. It is right downtown near all the shopping and nearby many good restaurants.

飯店的隔間不好又很吵！旅客進出房門講話都可以聽得到！不過地點確實非常好！早餐也還不錯有吐司和中式或西式的套餐！清潔的阿姨洗髮精和沐浴精有時候都沒有補！還要自己去拿！

Super convenient location. As it is a vintage hotel the first room we get has a problem closing the window. The second room on 8th floor is ok though the music from dance floor on 7th floor is a little bit annoying at night time.

就在南京路步行街，相當繁華熱鬧。那幾天住在八樓，七樓好像有歌舞廳之類的娛樂場所，晚上有點吵。房間也挺大，酒店內部裝潢稍有歷史感，但是不影響住宿體驗。有小冰箱、液晶電視，電熱水壺還是小米的。整體來說還是讓人滿意的。

洗澡設施只有花灑頭沒有水籠頭，調試水溫時很不方便，尤其是在大冷天。浴門的空隙很大，洗完澡一地是水。 其他都還可以，房間有復古感覺。 酒店的餐廳"老上海餐廳"的食物很好吃，價錢亦可以。

前台的服務員態度可以，其中一位女士服務態度良好，房間清潔度甚差，每天只換毛巾，其他都不換不理。床鋪只是簡單的拉一下，杯和地都下換和打掃，有一天下午四点多回酒店，居然未有清潔，投訴時一位男的清潔員，他自稱是清潔组長，態度極之惡劣，还不停大声説我們不對。太討厭了，下次不會再入住。
