The room was nice and comfortable just as seen in the pictures. We stayed one night and had dinner and lunch(2nd day) in the Chinese restaurant of the hotel and it was really great!
One drawback is that the cleaning staff attempted to clean the room while we were out in the morning, and she just left when she found we did not checked out yet.she just took away the bed sheets and left with mess. We asked them to make the bed again after we came back, and the staff told us that the front desk told them we checked out already so they came in to clean. There's some problems in the communication between staff and we hope they can improve accordingly.

酒店可以玩各种水上娱乐设施，价钱还算合理。还可以租游艇。酒店里面还有游乐园，小朋友玩得很开心。地理位置非常好，步行到千岛湖大排档或者湖滨天地都在30分钟以内。吃完饭湖边走走很是惬意。千岛湖很安静。值得再去。

隔日還續住…門口有掛上請勿打擾…早上10點多就有服務員開門要打掃，睡夢中讓人來不及穿衣服。五星外觀只有一星服務。電話開通撥打外線要等10分鐘。保險箱無法打開也是等了10分鐘。酒店叫的出租車無跳錶…被司機喊價吭錢。住湖景房但晚上一片黑也看不到什麼。這酒店不值得花2500¥高房價入住。

下午16点抵达酒店的，竟然房间还没有打扫好，这个略不满意；前台设有spg会员柜台，但是会员任何额外服务；酒店提供脚踏车，电动车租借，非常方便；房间视野也不错，床很舒服；退房时需要排蛮久的队，对于没有额外消费的客人竟然不设快速退房通道，这个有待改进。
