Stayed 6 nights in room 711. Very spacious and well-equipped room. Air conditioner worked very well. Most pleasantly surprised and touched by a fresh cream and fresh fruit cake delivered to the room on my birthday, although nobody had told the hotel. Very nice and friendly personal staff. Good location for visiting Tsinghua university. Airport bus within 8 minutes walking distance. Didn't have the breakfast though another resident said it was good.

I was visiting Qinghua and Beijing University. The location is so convenient to both universities. The staffs are very responsive and helpful. While visiting those universities, I was also interested in touring the city. The staffs gave me very good suggestions on the tours which fitted into my schedule, also helped me out getting taxi since I did not have WeChat pay. It was an excellent experience staying here

Good location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are several bus lines right outside the entrance. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. The room is very clean. The on site restaurant is very good. The only shortfall is that the floor in the shower stall is tilted in an angle that the water can’t be properly drained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We will definitely comeback if visiting this area again.

作为hotels金牌会员，每年超过一半时间在外住的我，第一次差评给到这家酒店！
原因如下：
因为第二天要在清华上课，所以就近选择，去上课地理位置算好的，只有这么一个优点。
差评1，预定成功可前台小姐说查询不到订单，和前台吵了一下也不给解决，为了不耽误第二天上课就又订了一晚，到现在问题还没有解决。
差评2，房间很旧，应该是很多年前装修的，房间没有浴盆可整个家具都充满发霉的味道。
差评3，空调冷风不够力，开到最冷最大风也不行，应该是后台设置了什么，感觉就是吹风扇的效果。

浴室企缸燈壞了到check out那天仍设有換。早攴自己找位置坐，出去取食物回來桌子上的咖啡半杯連攴具通通收走了。再出去取攴具時，攴具又沒有補充，要自己從drawer 取。到check out 那天請Concierge 代call Taxi,他叫我自己打电話call,之後才解釋他的电話在充电中。以後不會再住了。

It was good in average. Only the bathroom has that kind of sewage smell a little bit.
The bigger problem is, the check-out process is super super super slow. It takes 10 mins to check one person out. We were a group of 3 waiting at two lines, and there was only 1 people in front of us, checking out. We stood in line at 7:50am, when they finished, it was 8:33am. Can you imagine?
WiFi wasn't very stable, it was on and off, even I connected with the cable in the room.

Overall satisfactory. Clean and tidy rooms but wear and tear problems are getting serious. Staff at the conceirge is far more polite and helpful than those at the front desk. Air-condition is weak at the upper floors (28C) so no need to pay more to live in executive rooms.

The best thing about the hotel for me was the location. I had business at Tsinghua University, so it was very convenient to walk just a few hundred meters from the hotel to the campus.
The service has improved in many ways compared to previous reviews. Many of the front desk staff were able to communicate in English, and those who could not speak English well tried to communicate using a translation app on their smartphones.
The room was spacious enough to work in, but the facilities left some room for improvement: the electrical outlets were hard to use, and the shower water tended to spill outside the shower room.

Stayed here as my son was finishing up at Tsinghua University and I was helping him move back to the states. Can not get more convenient to the University. The building is dated but they keep it clean and the staff is great.
