I had a very good time at the Residence Palace during my stay in Abidjan. The environment was clean, quiet, and secure, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. I also appreciated the convenient location and the overall quality of the facilities. La climatisation s'est arrêté de fonctionner, nous avons en pleine nuit du attendre au moins 30min, pour être reçu à l'accueil pour pouvoir changer de chambre, la chambre qui nous a été donner était non seulement sale mais l'odeur même des derniers passagers y étaient encore. En plus de ça on nous a dérangé pour nous demander si la perruque d'une fille était rester. Franchement, c'était décevant, on a dû faire une nouvelle réservation en payant encore mais avec une chambre aussi passable que la précédente. Merci aux gardiens qui nous apporter leurs soutient, mais la nonchalance de la femme a l'accueil était vraiment horrible.
