We had a wonderful stay:
Food:
Breakfast - brilliant, omelette station, grill stations, huge selection of foods. Each night the selection was different. The greek style salads were great!
Bedroom:
We had a balcony room, with a view. Bath in the room, large bed, aircon worked fine.
Carpark:
We hired a car, there was loads of space in the carpark.
Drinks:
All inclusive cocktails, there were over 20 in total!
Gym:
Decent gym!
Loads of sunbeds, all in all a great trip!
Having perfect weather helps too though!

Stunning location, lovely Reception and balcony with view. Lovely pool, good gym. Lovely promenade and sea access. Nice room, slightly small. Misses a few key 5 * points - ordered a drink on arrival…once poured asked to pay as all inclusive check-in was 10 minutes later. Very strange. No pool towels distributed after 5pm - no discussion. Food distinctly average, white wine was terrible.

Das Hotel entspricht aus meiner Sicht definitiv keinen 5 Sternen, sondern eher einem durchschnittlichen 3-Sterne-Hotel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal, das sich wirklich bemüht hat. Auch die Poolanlage war gepflegt und insgesamt gut gemacht.
Die Zimmer waren zwar sauber und in Ordnung, aber Ausstattung, Qualität und Zustand passen keinesfalls zu einem echten 5-Sterne-Standard. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch das Essen. Die Auswahl am Buffet war zwar akzeptabel, die Qualität allerdings sehr schwach. Noch schlimmer waren die Restaurants im Hotel – das Essen dort war teilweise wirklich katastrophal und geschmacklich eine große Enttäuschung.
Wer hauptsächlich Wert auf Pools, All-Inclusive und Unterhaltung legt, insbesondere Gäste aus England oder Russland, wird hier vermutlich zufrieden sein. Für Gäste, die bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel Wert auf hochwertige Küche, Qualität und ein gehobenes Gesamtniveau legen, ist dieses Hotel aus meiner Sicht absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

This holiday was an extra one for us so we didn’t research much about the hotel/surrounding area. We also travelled out of season in April so A La Carte restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was very cold! Our room was spacious, clean and easy to access on level 1. Took a while each day for house keeping to clean our room (sometimes 5pm) so not always easy to go back to the room to relax in the afternoon if it wasn’t done. Buffet style food everyday, although fresh and nicely presented (especially the salads), did get a bit samey. The walks along the seafront were easy and flat and the bar area by the outdoor pool was kept clean, Natasha one of the bar staff always had a smile for you and very accommodating. Likewise the waiting staff in the restaurant, very friendly and helpful.
There was an incident in the outdoor pool and if it wasn’t for a guest member (nurse), there would have been a fatality. No medical equipment (defribulator, oxygen etc) was visible and the lifeguards were not paying attention to the pool, therefore, took ages to respond.
The manager Anthony did take the incident seriously and hopefully will now take steps to better train lifeguards and position them for better viewing of the pool (not on the bridge and no mobile phones)
It will not stop us from returning or recommending to family and friends. However, we will be highlighting not to rely on other people for safety around any pools.

Great hotel for the price we paid — and that’s the key point - it isn't worth over the top pricing, but a deal if you can find it. Everything was well maintained and finished to a good standard. It’s not a 5-star experience where everything goes above and beyond, but everything is clean, functional, and the food is good. There’s just no real “wow” factor.
The room was very clean, with a few minor signs of wear and tear. The standout feature of the hotel is definitely the pool and the balcony overlooking the sea — that’s where you get the best experience.
The staff were friendly, and parking was easy and convenient with lots of spaces.

In upper hallway / landing areas of central part very bland . Although carpet fitted needs something like scattered chairs , sofas and pot plants to break area up .
