King Evelthon Beach Hotel & Resort

Very friendly staffs in Reception. We came early and received early check-in! This Hotel is very good for children and teenagers because has many facilities like aquapark, pools, musical concerts.

Room had ants Difficult to find a clean prepared table in the dining area because staff were more focused on collecting plates from guest whilst they were still eating

Der Umgebung war sehr schön. Es sind sowohl Stein und Sandstrände in der Nähe. Der Personal war leider nicht so freundlich außer die Reinigungspersonal die immer lächelte. Glutenfreies Essen ist sehr schwer zu organisieren. Ich habe vor der Reise schon 6 Email an die Rezeption geschrieben mit 4 verschiedenen Account leider haben wir keine Antwort bekommen. Vor Ort müssten wir an der Rezeption ausfüllen, welche Glutenfrei Essen man haben möchte. Leider diese Info kam nie an der Küche an und musste ich jeden Tag erklären, dass ich es bereits an die Rezeption bestellt habe. Ansonsten der Hotel war okay. Gegenüber die Wasserpark war auch cool. Wenn ich nächstes Mal nach Zypern fahre, würde ich eine andere Hotel nehmen.

This is a horrible hotel which is worth 3* maximum. The staff at the reception were awful…even when they are not busy, they ignore you! The hotel is run down with mouldy showers and worn out furniture. Also there were ants on our TV unit even though we didn’t have food in the room. Food in the restaurant was awful, and even though we had the all inclusive package, we chose to eat outside of the hotel. Breakfast was average although the pastries were absolutely disgusting! They would serve the same pastries in the afternoon! The only good thing about this hotel was the tennis court and parking which were free. Best not to stay here unless you’re happy with worn out hotels and horrible staff!

Good value for money, plenty of food and drink options to choose from

Horrible stay, claim they are a 5 star, they are a 3 at best! Dirty everwhere, stained bedding, towels, hallway carpets, really unkept. Tiny flea like bugs in room, leaking shower, leaking air con unit i could go on. Food AWFUL not 5 star, bad quality, choice and salad for example just sits out for not in refrigerator unit at all. Staff so bad!! Did not help at all, only suggestion from them was we can eat at the a la cartes more than once per week, i did not accept this at all!!! Even customer relationship person admitted its no way a 5 star hotel and suggested “next time” we stay at hotel annabelle which we stayed at 10 years ago and it was stunning!

Excellent large pool, must have been around 50m if you swam the whole length. Plenty of space for children to play. Area around the pool was noisy but there were plenty of Sun loungers also available on grass closer to sea. Our air con in our room wasn’t very effective although maintenance team came out very quickly but they didn’t do much. Enjoyable stay.

Lovey hotel

Good clean hotel with good all inclusive facilities.

I thought you would of been entitled to at least one al-a-carte if you stayed 5nights all inclusive. Apparently you have to stay 7 nights to get 3 al a carte’s.

When we booked this hotel we made remarks to offer us a room on an upper level Absolute ignorance- we got a room on ground floor Very noisy till midnight (music) , WI-FI didn’t work and in bathroom missing dressing gowns

I’ve booked this hotel, my parents 50th birthday and eventually joined them on this holiday, but the hotel insisted that I have to pay them when I get to the hotel. On the arrival of the 7th of May, we arrived about 3 o’clock in the morning and they insisted they want €900, even though the agreement was around €640. Eventually, after arguing, they agreed that I would pay them €640, but the room was not ready so they put a temporary fold up bed in my parents room that had two single beds joints up together. The room wasn’t the best the headboard was Ripped In the bath and around the bath was a bit dirty, The worst of it was her the day before check out that room started to leak in the middle of the night. When we leave the bathroom will get flooded. Water was pouring out of the light socket as my mother went to the toilet in the middle of the night, as I feel this was a dangerous. I called reception 3 o’clock in the morning who offered me a different room which had a bunkbed into so one it was inconvenient, but we had to evacuate our room in the middle of the night. I used to service my parents quite a lot and then I had to sleep on the bunkbed for the rest of the next two days. I spoke to reception about this to follow. Morning, and she said it’s one of them things I asked about compensation but nothing was offered. Even though the hotel was booked for the sixth, but we arrived early hours of the seventh. We missed out on all the meals. The new room had no bus as it was acces

Property is well located, the building itself is huge. It took a bit of time to really enjoy the the hotel, a lot of details caught our attention away, such as no plastering done after minor ceiling repairs, carpets were stained at places, one star knocked off at hotel entrance sign (literally). A bit of ants in the room corner. Tiny children play area. After a day or two, we have experienced friendly staff, mostly great tasting food/drinks, very warm indoor swimming pool and knowing the great value that we are getting, most negatives were out of our sight. Good gym, new equipment Free sauna and expensive massage therapists La carte rooftop restaurant is spectacular Food pretty good, same as drinks Great location Easy parking Good sized rooms Friendly staff Free waterpark 1min away on foot. Super value. Mostly boring evening entertainment, not engaging most quests. 1/3 are actual entertainment. Overal I would come again if I get a good deal on it. It feels like a cashcow for Tsokkos hotel group which it is, but they do provide good value for quests. So all is good here.

We arrived at King Evelthon Hotel on the 20th April, we were very impressed with the room we had a family room suite with 2 bedrooms. Could not fault the rooms at all beautiful view and amenities. I will say that if you stay half board the children do not get access to the waterpark, this was not mentioned on any of my bookings. The manager was nice enough to sort this out for me and the kids got a day in the waterpark. The food is okay not amazing but the room and overall hotel compensated. We were there for 2 nights, the entertainment could be better e.g a kids disco before the entertainment. I would definitely stay here again and definitely would recommend.

Good hotel with very good service. Food and drinks were amazing. no complains at all. if there's anything to be improved I would say the reception staff could be a little more polite. I found the security and a check-in staff were a bit impatient and arrogant. (not everyone though). Beautiful place to stay. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is outdated. The dinner was quantity over quality. The hotel had multi signs of the don’t do and restrictions. Over all did not feel comfortable and left the next morning.

Gone wrong right from the start. Rude receptionist. If there is the worst person to be on reception its at the Evelthon. An older lady shouting at staff and being rude to customers. 5 star???? questionable more like a 3 star 1-FILTHY CARPETS in the corridor 2- Lights broken in the toilet 3-broken shade which was one of the features we chose to pay extra for. 4-Lights on Balcony come on by themselves and cant be turned off. 5-Rusty screws in the bathroom. 6- filthy bathtub and black mold in the shower 7- Falling roof bits everywhere around the hotel 8 -exposed electrics Great location Maybe a 5 star 10 years ago Reception lady not fit for customer service. Hotel needs a remake
