Outstanding in every way! Great location. Best gym I've seen in a long time. Food was superb and staff was lovely. Lots of space to enjoy some privacy. View was superb!

We had a wonderful stay: Food: Breakfast - brilliant, omelette station, grill stations, huge selection of foods. Each night the selection was different. The greek style salads were great! Bedroom: We had a balcony room, with a view. Bath in the room, large bed, aircon worked fine. Carpark: We hired a car, there was loads of space in the carpark. Drinks: All inclusive cocktails, there were over 20 in total! Gym: Decent gym! Loads of sunbeds, all in all a great trip! Having perfect weather helps too though!

Overall it was a good hotel. Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was good, evening entertainment could have been a bit better but might have been that time of year. No fighting for sunbeds.

The hotel has some real strengths, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well maintained, and the pool area with the adjacent water park is excellent. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. The biggest downside is how restrictive and money-oriented the hotel feels. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and this is the first time I’ve received such a long list of extra charges and limitations. If you arrive before check-in or leave after check-out, you’ll have to pay €50 just to receive a wristband for basic services like drinks, meals, or even a pool towel. Even early access to a ready room costs an extra €50. The water park is also disappointing in its policies. Only all-inclusive guests can enter, and even them are not allowed to bring any drinks inside, not even water or baby water. Instead, you’re expected to buy drinks from the bar inside. The food was another weak point. Breakfast had very limited variety, while lunch, dinner, and snacks offered more options but the quality was below average. Most of the meat was dry, and there weren’t enough fresh vegetables or salads. This hotel has great potential thanks to its rooms and pool facilities, but the overly restrictive policies and constant extra charges really hurt the experience. Unless you find it at a significantly lower price than comparable hotels, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Room size and balcony good however the aircon was not very powerful. Pool a great size but it does get very busy, sunbeds around the pool go quickly but there’s plenty on the lawn area. No flexibility for early check in. This would have been useful for people visiting from on island. Arrived at 12 and we were able to use the pool but still offered no flex on whether the room would be available before 3 which meant no all inclusive. It would be a waste of half a day if we didn’t arrive early. Gym and spa facilities very good. Messages sent from the Hotel.com app were not responded to. On their information they provide at check in the mini bar is filled upon arrival, which is a nice touch HOWEVER the staff member who delivered the items disregarded the DND sign and used his key card to enter the room.

Likes - lovely food, room was nice and spacious, gym very well equipped, staff polite. Always managed to get a sun bed at pool. Dislikes - evening entertainment was poor. No Atmosphere or buzz at all. The bed was meant To have a double bed but it was 2 singles pushed together so wasn't very romantic! Shop on site is expensive and quite limited.

Overall a very nice hotel . Check in was excellent and we deffinately got the wow factor when got to the room and saw we must have been upgraded and was in a swim up room. Room was a good size and nice and clean nice to get a few free drinks in the fridge . Only downside to this was after first bottle of water you had to pay for any extras and Tea and coffee didn't get refilled . Nice to get a bathrobe and slippers . Bathroom looking a little tired now but Overall pleased with the room. We was half board . Food was good and excellent choice although its a big hotel there was always plenty of tables free . The only downside to this hotel is staff . Why are the majority of staff looking fed up.and no interest in the job or their customers? Customer service needs addressing. Would also be nice to have a bottle of water daily I room tea and coffee replenished and a Iron and ironing board .

I recently stayed at the King Evelthon Beach Hotel in Cyprus. While there were several highlights that made the trip enjoyable, there were a few areas—specifically the spa and beverage quality—that didn't quite hit the mark for a resort of this scale. The Highlights: Service & Scenery * Arrival & Reception: First impressions were fantastic. The reception area is beautiful, bright, and open. The staff there are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help, making the check-in process seamless. * The Room: We had a great room with a stunning view. It was a pleasure waking up to the scenery every morning. * Housekeeping: A huge shout-out to the cleaning staff! They were amazing—always friendly, and the room was kept impeccably clean and tidy throughout our entire stay. * The Food: Considering the challenge of catering to so many different nationalities, the food was actually amazing. There was a great variety and the quality was consistently high. The Lowlights: Maintenance & Drinks * The Spa (Needs Urgent Work): This was the biggest disappointment. The equipment only worked intermittently, and the maintenance was poor—hooks literally broke the moment we tried to hang clothes on them. Most concerningly, the covers on the beds in the resting area didn't look like they had been changed all week.
