First time staying in a capsule hotel and I really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and everyone was very respectful and quiet. A close walk to the metro and lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants near by. I paid for breakfast but was a confused about where it was. They partner with local cafes, but I never figured out how to get it. Loved the stay though and would love to return someday.

Havde min datter på 11 år med og vi havde det virkelig hyggeligt og sjovt på værelset og på badeværelset, samt rundt på hotellet. Var en super fed og anderledes måde at bo på. Man kunne selv vælge farve på værelset og om vi ville bo oppe eller nede. Vi valgte regnbue farvet og seng oppe.

Storage space is a bit small for the room, the bed is comfortable and lighting have four mode for choice which is interesting. The kitchen is pretty small. Bathroom is fine and clean esp. non-peak hour. It’s a pretty good hostel as my experienced.

Det var 2. gang vi boede på CityHub og det er bare blevet vores yndlingssted at chrashe når vi er i Kbh. Ville ønske der kunne åbnes lignende i Århus og Odense.
Super søde city hosts, altid høflige og behjælpsomme.
Rengøringen er i top og hub'sne er lige som de skal være, hverken mere eller mindre.

Toilet and bathroom facilities were not as clean as they ought to be. No trash bin in room. Quite pervasive smell of cigarette smoke outside pod (not inside). Rather noisy "neighbor" showing that the pods are not as sound insulated as they could be.

Nice location, very clean and cozy common area, sleeping area and bathrooms. Did not hear a single sound from any other guests when we were in our “room”, which is uncommon even in regular hotels.
Easy to rent bikes everywhere around the place, easy to get around the city.

Enkel ankomst, lett å finne ut av hvordan man sjekker inn og ut- og hvor man skal bo. Behagelig størrelse på rom, og gode senger. Gøy at man kan endre belysning og høre på musikk! Minimalistisk og beroligende atmosfære samt hyggelig dusj/sauna område. Bra kjøkken og bar, samt lounge.

Rigtig dejligt sted, med en rar receptionist der tager imod en efter checkin på en skærm! Stort og hyggeligt fællesområde hvor man kan købe øl, sodavand og varme drikke.

Paljon nuoria matkailijoita mutta todella rauhallinen hotelli. Huoneeseen ei kuulu juuri mitään ääniä. Sängyt ovat käytännössä pelkät 15 cm patjat. Nukuin kuitenkin todella hyvin vaikka yleensä hotelleissa nukkuminen on minulle vaikeaa. Lapsi rakasti hotellin tunnelmaa. Hotellissa viihtyminen vaatii hieman kuntoa, lattialta ylös nouseminen voi olla hieman vaivalloista.
