Our excellent experience started at checkin. My family and I were warmly welcomed and checked in. The hotel location and main entry is expansive and relaxing. Arriving at the Copenhagen Marriott was a welcome relief after staying at an older hotel in London. Everything was fresh,new and upscale. The rooms were perfect for a family of 5, comfortable beds and great city view. The location was perfect for seeing Copenhagen - close to train and Metro stations.

Executive suite & lounge breakfast var under standard. Værelset lugtede under hele opholdet af kloak. Temperaturen i rummet var alt for kold, aircon larmede for meget til at have om natten. Lounge var et baglokale uden udsigt. Executive morgenmad var mangelfuld og larmende børn.

Vackert hotell men bristfällig service. Personalen var oengagerad och levde inte upp till sina stjärnor. Depositen som dras från kortet överstiger totalkostnaden för hela boendet. Tar ca 3 arbetsdagar att få tillbaka sina reserverade pengar. Hårda sängar och låg kvalité på sängkläderna.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Wasser. Die Bar ist stilvoll, das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und ausreichend groß. Leider war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr schwach und das Waschbecken hatte einen großen Sprung.

Not great, water in the shower was only luke warm and breakfast this morning was made to rush. Staff were ushering guests and said we needed to leave the restaurant for 10.30 as they had an event! Poor customer service not what I expect from Marriot
