I stayed there for 4 nights. It’s okay for a 2 and a half stars and definitely had a nursing home feel. The facilities were lacking (no boxed tissues or bathroom floor mats, despite the shower curtain also being the wrong size for the space, making the bathroom extremely hazardous). Housekeeping was also lacklustre, leaving behind used mugs despite there being little else to clean.

Service var godt, værelset var rent. Man kan godt mærke og se at hotellet er ved at være gammelt. Jeg fik et forbundet værelse. Jeg kunne høre alt hvad der foregik på det andet værelse, hvor dem de havde det andet værelse havde en baby. Det var ikke en god nats søvn jeg fik.
Værelse trænger til en maling.
Hver gang en nabodør lukkes, ryster hele værelset og larmer helt vildt.

The service was great at the hotel, very friendly even though we had to wait a while to check in. The room was okay, a bit tired looking and we could see a thick layer of dust behind the panelling by the window. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and that's all we really needed it for, so it served a purpose with a central location.

Es fehlt nicht viel für ein gutes Hotel. Sehr freundliches und sehr gut englisch sprechendes Personal, aber nicht immer kompetent, z. B. bei der Beratung über öffentliche Verkehrsverbindungen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, und alles erforderlich funktionierte (Licht, Wasser, Aufzüge ...). An manchen Stellen wird aber zu sehr gespart. Es gibt z. B. kein Telefon für den Kontakt mit der Rezeption. Der Zimmerservice kommt nur, wenn man ihn am Vortag bestellt. Die Bettücher sind echt knapp bemessen, so dass die Betten schon nach kurzem Darinliegen unordentlich aussehen. Am meisten vermisst haben wir eine Badematte vor der Badewanne. Störend fanden wir auch, dass man das Schließen der

The room was functionally clean but could have been cleaner - eg I lifted the covers to check for bugs (I always do this) and under the top sheet was quite dusty and under the bed needed hoovering. But the breakfast was great, the staff great, loved the free table football, view of the lake was amazing. We didn't use the luggage storage but beware you have to pay for it.

Hotel bien ubicado, cerca de la estación del tren y del metro. Los jardines de Tívoli a 5 min andando. Sin embargo limpian las habitaciones solo si lo pides. Las cortinas dejan entrar la luz y en verano amanece a las 5 de la madrugada, lo que hace difícil conciliar el sueño. Pese a entender otros idiomas, se agradecería un recepcionista o personal que sepa español, ya que, muchos de los huéspedes éramos hispanohablantes.

Hotel ideale per famiglie per la presenza di area bimbi, con giochi per i più piccini e console per i più grandi.
Se dovessi trovare un neo, non viene effettuata la pulizia nelle stanze.
Ma si può anche soprassedere.
Colazione sia dolce che salata, sempre molto fornita.
